Avoid this company, their service is subpar after being decent at one point - it all fell apart when they lost a key staff member. Nobody bothers to return calls anymore and I've been waiting 3 weeks. Don't waste your time, find another provider. I recently signed a maintenance agreement but now I'm seeking a refund.

I hired them last year for the same issue - low freon. They initially charged us $410 for one pound, then came back a month later saying it was a clogged filter drier that needed replacing ($850). When I complained about being overcharged, no one from the company seemed to care.

Today, different technicians diagnosed it again as low freon. I pointed out the similarity to last year's issue and told them not to repeat it. I asked if they could call their supervisor and see if they'd be willing to waive the dispatch fee of $110 and just put in some freon. The guy said he couldn't do that, but would let me dispute the price with his office.

He offered to leave now and install freon, but told me to take my business elsewhere if I wanted to.

Terrible experience with this service provider - completely unprofessional and hazardous driving behavior. Witnessed the driver tailgate another vehicle, putting women and kids in danger, and engaged in road rage by giving the middle finger to the female driver with kids inside. The display of childish behavior was alarming, especially when directed at a stopped school bus, who was also at risk due to poor driving.
