Horrible don’t waste your time and money!

hate to do this, but this is a scam, its basically an answering service, with no knowledge and charging to evaluate, please avoid this company, really bad service and unfortunately wasted a lot of my time.

Tek Express are a bunch of crooks. Stay away! I learned the hard way. They completely overcharge customers. They 'fixed' my commercial fryer to replace a valve for over $1000. The same problem came back months later and they wanted another $1300 to replace it again. CROOKS!!!

TEK EXPRESS is horrible, it's like they're intentionally trying to disappoint their customers. I'm sick of their shady business practices too, from potential price gouging to misleading advertisements. The business doesn’t even keep track of their data, they put the unit into my store around a month ago and I had some problems with it, I decide to call and now they are telling me it’s not in their database and that I have to pay a labor fee although it should be covered under the warranty, don’t waste your time with these people, they are overpriced, unorganized, and just thieves overall
