They responded to all our emails in a timely manner. They came within the stated window of arrival time and proceeded to work diligently. Great conversation, and excellent work. The office set up my appointment for 10:00 a.m. not within a five hour window like the last company. Greg arrived fifteen minutes before scheduled time after calling to notify he was on the way. Rogers Heating & Gas Co holds a high value of professionalism.Rogers always do very good quality work. They never cut corners and make sure everything is done by the book. Their pricing is very competitive and I’m sure you will be happy with any of the staff that you encounter. If you’re looking for a company that will take care of you from the very beginning all the way to the end this is the company you can bet your dollar on. The best part is they won’t change the price on you in the middle of the project which is always something scary to consider when dealing with contractors.

I called Rogers Heating & Gas Co because our heater stopped blowing warm air. They called when they were about 20 minutes out. When they got here, they checked everything.They measured temp coming out of vents, checked the unit and checked filter then finally discovered the problem and fixed it. Service techs were courteous and professional. Will definitely use them for any future needs. Recommend them highly.

I was told a tech would come at 3pm, called company four times and half an hour before they were scheduled to close, I was informed tech called at 3pm and there was no answer. This was a lie so service was not rendered and still have to wait for deposit paid. Does not even merit the one star.
