The people who work for Nuway are both professional and knowledgeable. The technician today listened to my concerns, took time to explain what he was doing, and made sure everything was working before leaving. I was so impressed!

We called Nu-Way HVAC yesterday afternoon to repair our 20 year old Trane A/C system. They gave us an appointment right away and Peter G. came this afternoon - a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He made the repair and also provided helpful information on our A/C system. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and demeanor - a true gentleman. I would highly recommend Nu-Way HVAC.

Called on Friday 6/12/15 12:00pm regarding both ac units not working Christine answered the phone. Took my info and dispatched A/C Tech within the hour to my home in Mamaroneck,NY. Tech arrived by 1:30pm and had started working on my units. Tech repaired my downstairs unit broken wires and added Freon and advised my upstairs unit was no good. Gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace it by Monday 6/15/15 COB. Thank God for Nu Way HVAC as Innovative Air gave me an appointment date of 6/22/15 just to assess!!! Cant wait to call Innovative back now and tell them thanks for Nothing. You Go NuWay that's the way you run a business!!!

Nu Way is by far the best run & most professional business I have ever dealt with. The technicians are highly trained, courteous & prompt. Their trucks are indicative of how the business is run. The office staff are courteous. My a/c stopped working & I called late in the evening. They were here first thing in the morning. Fixed in 1 hour. This is how it always is every time I have called.

I have used Nuway for years and they have always been great.
Yesterday my basement flooded. When I finally drained the water, I discovered around 8:30 pm that I couldn’t get the heating furnace or the water heater to work. I called Nuway and they had a technician at my home in half an hour. At first, he couldn’t get the systems to reset. It would have been easy to say both pieces of equipment were irreparably damaged by the water and had to be replaced. I was in no position to know differently. But the technician worked diligently and called his supervisor for advice. 2 hours later, both systems were working properly. This is typical of the service Nuway provides. I recommend them most enthusiastically

I called Nu-Way due to low performance of our first floor air conditioner. Appointment was courteously and promptly scheduled; more importantly, technician Tom arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Despite my telling him it was unnecessary, he refused to enter our house without using cloth shoe covers. Tom was extremely thorough and engaging; leaving me confident that our cooling was back to normal and that we had been charged a fair price even though we are not yet Nu-Way members. And, yes, it’s working just fine.

I tell my husband all of the time that we can never, ever move from this area because we love NuWay that much! We have been using them for many, many years and honestly, no other company is run as efficiently nor as professionally as they. Everyone, from Terry, Don, Nicole and Alexandra with whom I've always had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone, to each and every technician who has worked in our home can be topped. We finally had to replace our entire HVAC system the other day after several years of squeezing out what was left of a very old system. The guys who did the installation, Dominic, Kenny and Angel, were beyond friendly, professional and knowledgable. Not to mention, incredibly neat and respectful of our home - always wearing shoe coverings, closing the door to the outside while going in and out and just really incredibly nice. While my husband and I were not necessarily budgeting for such a big ticket household item this year, NuWay came through with a very good and fair price for the whole system and they even honored the April price special, even though we were already into early May. Every business, regardless of whatever industry it is, should model themselves after NuWay in every aspect. THANK YOU, NuWay.

We have used new way for over 10 years. We are part of their service plan, which has worked out great for us. All the technicians that have come to our home have been professional. I don’t feel that they have ever overcharged us or tried to get us to buy things that we did not need. They always answer the phone promptly and have helped us numerous times on weekend when there has been emergencies.

They arrived promptly on short notice and diagnosed the issue immediately. Then they went on to charge me 685 for part and labor - a part that's 130 on Amazon. I don't think 355 is the appropriate amount to charge for less than an hour of labor. Apart from that pretty ok.

three stars is for the excellent technicians. However I find the price to be way too expensive. I needed to replace a thermostat. Quoted me $1400 based on a four hour rate. Talked to the manager and was reassured that the price was correct. Ended up using a different company. Took them 30 mins to finish the job and paid $200 for it.

I had a service contract with them. Our boiler was making loud banging sound for a while but on two yearly maintenance services they did not spot the issue. I was told it's due to the ductwork. Not true. It was the boiler. Eventually we had to replace the boiler with a different company. Took only a few minutes to test the system to spot the issue.

Poor communication from their technician (office staff was fine), and the repair cost estimate I was given was more than *double* what I got from another company. I ended up going with the other company of course.

They are thieves.

Stay away, this place is a complete chop shop.

They said they replace AC filters but they lied! Now it's going to cost me a ton of money to clean out the system. They couldn't care less either
