BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They go above and beyond from ordering to delivering. I had a hard time trying to locate an oil fired steam boiler that would fit in through a small opening at my dads house in Flemington, NJ. Ryan MacDonald, the customer service rep I spoke to, went out of his way to find the boiler and scheduled its delivery for me. He should be commended for his excellent customer service and dedication! Larry, the gentleman who delivered the boiler was so kind and patient and went out of his way to get the boiler as close as possible to the opening. I can't begin to express how happy and thankful I am with their service. I deal with so many vendors, and I must say FERGUSON is by far the best!!! Ryan and Larry, it's workers like YOU that make this company the BEST!!!!

Was a little hesitant because the reviews were just so-so, but went in to get a replacement hot water heater out of warranty. Dealt with Drew, clearly very knowledgeable, and patient, appreciated his help. I would recommend this place.
