They left a job done unproperly and the secretary and wife were not pleasant/professional.

Completely unprofessional, poor customer service.
I used this company to install a thermostat in my apartment. Now the thermostat is not working anymore. They are unwilling to even come out to take a look at it and see what the problem is. After a brief conversation I was hung up on by the representative I was talkin to. They do not value your business. Once the job is complete if something goes wrong afterwards you are on your own. Plus we payed a premium price to have the thermostat installed. We got ripped off and they pretty much don't care to help now that it is not working anymore. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
