John, Dave and his team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction and quality work. From initial planning, scheduling and completing the work, Premium Construction was exceptional. John was available via text or phone 24/7. When he said his crew would be at our home they were there. If we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. We were so pleasantly surprised by this level of attention to our project and impressed by the genuine care concern and pride they took in their work. We highly recommend Premium Construction!

Really great experience working with Premium Construction. They were easy to communicate with, always available, and handled everything professionally. Their quotes were reasonable, and they made dealing with my HOA—a process that’s always a headache—completely painless with all of the paperwork done fast and properly. I was out of town during the entire renovation period so I appreciated the regular photo and video updates, which kept me in the loop without needing to be there. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

I hate to say that it's hard to find a good contractor, but unfortunately it is. Often times they over promise, under deliver and move on to the next project while half way through with yours, leaving you wondering if they will ever come back. That is not the case with John and his team at Premium Construction. The communication between him and his staff was second to none. I could literally call or text any day or night, and I would hear back. When a problem came up (which it inevitably does) it was handled immediately and professionally. It's always a long road to go when you have work done to your house, but John and his team makes it as easy as possible, given the circumstances. Like anyone else, we had some problems along the way, but the way they were handled and the communication and transparency we got from the team mitigated the situation. I would use them again for any job I have, big or small. And lastly, I think I would be hard pressed to find a more honest contractor as well. A++ service.

I had a small section of my living room where under the carpet there was a depression of about 12 inches. Premium Construction David inspected and said that he was sure that their crew could repair it and still put back the existing carpeting. This was really wonderful news for me! He gave me an estimate of what he thought the supplies and the labor would entail. I thought that this estimate was very fair. The time to do the job also worked with my schedule. In the end the worker did an excellent repair job and even cleaned up any debris. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing indoor or outdoor construction work.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with David on a complex home renovation project that required a high level of skill. David provided me with VIP service. He was very responsive when I contacted him and was very patient with my many questions. His quote was also in line with two other quotes that I received. His subcontractor, Fabian, did a fantastic job. I am happy to call David a friend and plan on using him again for some more work. I highly recommend David and John at Premium Construction!

Edit: I was so happy with my first project that I did a second project with David and Fabian. This was a complex project but Fabian executed it well. I was impressed with David's timeliness and commitment to client satisfaction. It was also very nice for Fabian to remove the materials the same day. It was a very efficient project. I plan on using Premium for future projects and suggest you do the same!
