They are the best

Everybody is looking for the right "pool-guy"...Well I found him at Atlantis Pool and Spa of rockland county, Ulster & Dutchess... Jesus and his crew have been a part of my life for 5 years or so and there is not one time when they were late, not prepared or failed to do some little beyond the call of duty thing to make my pool better and my life easier...They are simply the best and well worth reaching out to so they can do the same for you and your pool~!~!~!

Beto and his team did our vinyl liner changed out the old plumbing even found small leak in the main drain. Everything was done to new code. Beto and his team are fast, efficient and are masters of their crafts. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. I would recommend anybody who wants to put in a new pool or upgrade their existing pool.

We’ve needed our inground pool liner replace. I received a few quotes but no commitment to complete by the 2nd week of May. I understand it’s a busy season. After connecting with Atlantis Pool, Beto and his crew came by took the measurements and ordered the liner and assured me the pool will be ready for Memorial Day weekend.

They worked very diligent and efficient completed the job in two days! I highly recommend.

We bought a house with a pool two years ago and ever since we moved in we had problems with our pool. When we finally did find someone to replace our liner that company ended up damaging our pool and installing the liner with wrinkles and our pool was leaking. That is when we decided to reach out to Atlantis pool & spa. We had heard such great things about Atlantis and we wanted the best pool company after having such a bad experience with others. Jesus & Beto came out right away and was fantastic. He gave us a great quote and then the work started right away. Everything he told us he would do he did. He called us back whenever we had questions. We were able to email his team and they were wonderful in dealing with us. Not only did he install our liner with no wrinkles but he was able to figure out why the pool was leaking water and fixed it and all our issues. I can't say enough about how great Jesus is and this pool company. If you want a great professional experience then call Atlantis pool & spa. You will not be disappointed. They are terrific!

I have been with Atlantis Pool for about 8 years. In that time, they’ve done great work for us; changed liner, built a new jet line, patched up holes, installed and serviced my pool heater and have always supported us with all summer and winterization pool needs. When something needs repair, I appreciate that they provide options such as buying used parts, unlike other pool companies which have only offered me one option; “buy a whole new one”.
We were recently inundated with flooding rain which killed my pool motor. I spoke with Enid and she informed Beto and Jesus of the emergency, and they came out the very next day to assess and advise next steps.
Enid (office admin) communicates all the needed details and reminders, she is so professional and makes scheduling much easier. I’ve recommended Atlantis to my neighbors. Thank you Beto, Jesus, Enid, and the rest of the team!

Atlantis has been caring for my pool for the last 3 years and the team has been incredibly responsive, helpful and always looking out for ways to improve my pool function without breaking the bank. They are super thoughtful and even adjust schedules when I have events to ensure the pool is always looking its best when I need it to! Rene, Enid and Berto feel like family and are super pleasant to work with.

Extremely Disappointed — Unprofessional and Unreliable

I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for close to 10 years, trusting them with both large and small projects. While there were occasional mistakes during openings or closings that caused other issues, we stuck with them. Unfortunately, that loyalty has not been returned, and their customer service lately has been shockingly poor.

Most recently, I was told that servicing White Plains is “difficult” for them—and that they couldn’t come out for over two weeks during peak pool season. For a pool company, that’s completely unacceptable. And if you're in Westchester County, be aware: they clearly don’t want to travel over the Cuomo Bridge to serve clients in the area.

Because of their refusal to provide timely service, I had no choice but to hire another pool company—who, unlike them, was able to come out within the same week, as any professional company should.

To make matters worse, I was left in a terrible position. Most pool companies don’t take on new clients mid-season if they didn’t handle the opening. If this company had just been honest with me before the season started—rather than essentially “firing” me after opening my pool—I could have made other plans. Instead, I was stuck scrambling and spending more money because they couldn’t be upfront or professional.

If you’re considering hiring them, think twice. They may leave you hanging at the worst possible time—and if you're not within their preferred zip code, you’re clearly not worth their effort.
