Danielle (the office manager) and the technicians at Strong Island Electric are amazing! From start to finish, Danielle in the office was responsive, detail-oriented, and made scheduling and communication effortless.

The technicians came and worked in a clean and professional manor and had a great deal of knowledge pertaining to my issues!

Our power went out and are generator was clicking on and off. Strong Island told us we needed to call our utility and gave us their license number. Our power was restored in less than an hour because of their quick action and good advice. Tommy was already on his way when we told him the power was back on! Great experience with Strong Island Electric & thrilled with my new outdoor light!! Pleasant office staff when I made the appointment. Tech showed up when he said he was going to and verified what I wanted done/placement-he was polite & friendly. Once he had completed the installation, he helped me set up the app on my phone, and explained to me the difference features of the light/camera. So happy to have the light installed- only regret is not calling Strong Island Electric sooner.

Strong Island Electric handles all of the electrical work at my house, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. They are always punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve spoken with both Steven and Tommy, and they’ve each gone above and beyond to help me, one time they even helped me over the phone. They walked me through an issue with my breakers and saved me from waiting hours for PSEG. No matter what time I call, someone gets back to me quickly, even after hours. Their prices are very fair, and the quality of work is top-notch. Just a really great company that I trust 100%. Highly recommend!

The electrician did a phenomenal job! She found and fixed the issue within a matter of minutes, wasted no time! She was kind and knowledgeable. Also had a great experience on the phone with the office manager Danielle. She made sure to get someone out asap, and held a great line of communication. I will definitely be calling her if any issues arise in the future. I highly recommend, 10 out of 10!
