These men were phenomenal. First, I collected estimates from multiple moving companies, and theirs was by far the lowest. I requested that they arrive at my apartment at a specific time, and they even called to let me know they were on their way and showed up promptly. They worked incredibly quickly and carefully to pack my furniture (I also had a lot of fragile, mirrored furniture). Since parking in New Rochelle is such a hassle, I was genuinely anxious about this move and assumed something would go wrong. However, these guys were fantastic. They didn't even protest about my heavy-as-lead IKEA furniture or the three flights of stairs, and they actually beat me to the flat. James, I believe, was one of the guys that was quite cautious with my TV, which I greatly valued. In New York, it's uncommon to find movers who don't merely hurry and smash everything. Well worth the effort.

I moved with you for 5 hours and you charged me $2,500. I've been calling for a week now to get a receipt with details. You always tell me you'll call me, but you never do. Two days ago you stopped taking my calls from my phone. I called from my daughter's phone and a Jhoan answered saying that Krysty, who never answers me, would do it. My television doesn't work after the move, and they haven't given me an answer either. And supposedly you have insurance, I don't believe it. The address you have on Google is fictitious. Oh, you guys aren't working under US law. And lastly, the person in charge of the move says they only pay him $9 an hour, he insists that he has to be given a 20% tip in cash. I hope you contact me, otherwise I will take legal action against this fraud.
