They arrived a couple of hours after I called. Had a broken pipe in the wall that they fixed in under an hr. Gave me me their hourly rate before they came. No surprises. Fair, honest and professional.

Investigated issue whereby the thermostat called for cooling, and heating and cooling started. Johnathan was able to diagnose / isolate and provide a temporary solution while we waited for replacement parts.

This company actually cares about their customers. I had a leak in my condo unit at 9:35pm on Friday night. I immediately shut off the water to my unit and placed a call to the company at 10pm. Much to my surprise, I received a call back at 8:30am on Saturday morning and Jonathan was there at 9:30. Anthony performed all the diagnostics on my new Navien system, even called the company, and did everything possible to find the source of my problem. He even went downstairs to my neighbors unit to make sure the water leak had stopped. The company is very responsible, thorough and they have excellent service. Five star recommendation.

Had a Navien system installed by another contractor 4 years ago. System was acting up and I originally called the previous company up to take a look. The plumber sent obviously did not have much experience with Navien and just threw out some guesses that did not work. Went to the Navien website to look up authorized service professionals. Enter MJ Plumbing. They quickly diagnosed the possible issues and came up with a plan. They were back the following week with the parts needed and got to work. Followed the plan and eventually found the issue. All the while keeping me up to date. Was so happy with the work and the process, I signed up for their annual maintenance agreement. They earned a loyal customer.

Jacob/MJ Plumbing did a great job serving our Navien hot water heater and our unit water filter. Explained everything to us. Cleaned Ip after the job.

I wanted someone to service my Navien combi unit in a house I bought three months ago (new house = don't know when the unit was last serviced). It took a while to get an appointment given the number of flooding-related work that has been going on but, when they came, it was worth it. They 100% knew what they were doing and explained everything totally transparently. I would not hesitate to get them in again for a service or a repair. SO much better than many of the HVAC companies that I used to deal with at my old house.

Update as of Feb 2023: Used MJ Plumbing again to sort out some old copper piping that was left over from when my house had a hot water tank. They did a superb job - reduced a mess of pipes in to a much simpler, smaller and tidier configuration. - Exactly what I was looking for.

Gas valve on water heater seemed to be acting up. Although no issue could be found, Jacob was very thorough, professional, courteous, and patient. Answered all of my many questions and tripled checked everything. A+
