I would not recommend this company at all. I contacted them to remove a tree, and after agreeing on a price, I was told they required half the payment upfront once work began.

On Friday, I met them at the property. The worker briefly started setting up (throwing a rope), so I paid the agreed half deposit. I then left, expecting the job to be completed as discussed.

Later, I noticed no work had been done. When I followed up, I was told they couldn’t cut the tree until Saturday because it was supposedly a “city tree.” I was assured they would return first thing Saturday to complete the job.

They never showed up.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise not paying anything upfront until the work is fully completed. This was a frustrating experience, especially when trying to support local businesses.

Do not hire this company! Hired Don to drop trees and grind out stumps. They have showed up 2 times and left a mess both times. Havent seen or heard anything in over a week. After 2 1/2 weeks and no response to my attempts, I still have a mess in my yard, 3 more trees to drop and no stumps removed. Paid Don half the money up front. Guess he took the money and ran.
