Brady replaced our outside wires that the insulation was falling off. The town inspector and electric company made new demands of the work. Brady worked them and handled the new demands!!!

Brady was able to fit us in a day earlier than scheduled to look at a tripped circuit which was great. They were able to replace the breaker, identify why it happened and take actions to prevent it from happening again. Very friendly, professional and helpful!

Brady Electric redid our kitchen electric. The technician, Al, was professional, courteous, efficient, thorough, skilled, and very pleasant. They caught problems that another installer did incorrectly that would have been serious if not found. Brady Electric went beyond all expectations. Two thumbs way up.

Had Brady Electric do some electrical work throughout a downtown condo. Al and Sam were on the job. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful when making suggestions to help us with our needs. I would highly recommend Brady and this crew if you are needing someone to do the job correctly and clearly communicate with you through the process. No need to look anywhere else. They will get the job done and will do it right.

I could not be happier with Brady. I had a service upgrade, they replaced my old fuse box with circuit breakers and ran a new line for our new oven. They were on time, fairly priced and finished everything within a day. The crew was polite, professional and cleaned up before they left. They did work for two other families that I know and came highly recommend to me. I now highly recommend them if you are in need of an electrician.

Amazing experience with Brady Electric. Had an issue called them at 7am they were at my house by 9:30 to assess the situation. Made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and the guys were very knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend this company. I also called them after the job to update the invoice and they had it to me within an hour. Very pleased.

I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They did a full kitchen rewire and converted all low voltage lighting in the house to standard. I need a few more lights put in and I will deffinetly have them back to do it

Brady Electric has done a variety of work for us over the years - no job is too big or too small. Most recently, they did the electrical work for a branch renovation in Fredonia, NY. They were very attentive to our needs and anticipated what needed to be done to effectively complete the job. I would highly recommend them!

Brady Electric is synonymous with quality, dedication, and hard work. I've had the pleasure of being their storage provider over the last few years, and I can honestly say every project they've completed has left a long line of satisfied customers.
They are so adaptable- they can do apartment complexes, warehouses, medical facilities, travel centers, and more! mastered it. Tom, Jim, and Shannon run a fantastic company there, and they should be very proud of the work that Tom R (or T2), Jim L., Gary, and the rest of the Brady team do every day!

They wanted an amount for the first hour, that I had the whole job done at half the price, from another company, which took an hour and a half.

After three phone calls, no one ever called us back.

This company just do big works. They will not any small house work.

I made the mistake of hiring Brady electric for what I wanted done to my garage. Workers waited outside my house longer than they worked while waiting on their supervisor the 3 days they were here. Poor business which caused me to miss out on working myself.

Awful service. I had to call 3 times just for my estimate to be emailed. Ontop of that they are charging way more. Personally I feel like I was discriminated against for having a pride flag up. Avoid at all costs your better off spending your time learning how to do what you need then waiting for these jokes.

Long story short, dont get involve with such business.

Called their number, the lady asked if it was an emergency or it could wait? I replied it can wait, then i was asked what's going on so i explained then the response was "this a new service call and we don't have anyone to help as everyone is busy"

So if don't accept new service calls or new business, why didn't you mention that when i initially called?

Shady business.

Attempted to get estimate for a very simple job...called multiple times...sent pictures of job ...spoke to Shannon....they never returned calls?
