Rob from Higher Elevation honestly is the only person I will trust with property inspection from now on. I had such a wonderful experience working with him and his team. They are very detailed and explain what they are seeing with you. I have had 3 inspection done with Rob so far and it’s the best investment I could make before going into contracts on any property. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob on a home I put an offer on. He was very thorough and efficient. Before touring the home, he explained the home inspection process and during the inspection he was able to explain each problem he encountered. As a result it gave me a clearer idea of how much money I would need to invest into a property I didn't even realize was a fixer-upper. I would highly recommend them because of their level of professionalism and their attention to detail.

Rob and Chris are true professionals because they take their time and look for everything when conducting a home inspection. They inspected a home I am purchasing and went over everything with me and my wife. For over 2 hours Rob and Chris walked us through the property checking and explaining everything from the roof all the way to the foundation in the basement. After the inspection Rob reached out to me the next day to make sure I did not have any other questions or concerns. He further assured me that in the future I can always call him with any questions. True professionals and honest hard working people are hard to find but Rob and Chris showed me that such people are out there. If you need a home inspection these are the people to hire.

Rob was great, inspected my home before purchase and was incredible with giving good advice. The inspection was thorough and having a second person, Ed,
to explain things while he was doing the inspection was awesome and led to an expeditious but detailed inspection. Even after closing, he was very helpful in finding resources to help fix things found during the inspection. Great inspection company, would highly recommend.

As first time home buyers, we were nervous going into our first home inspection but Rob was amazing and took his time to walk us through everything. The inspection was available the next day which helped move things along quickly (valuable in this competitive market). He was very thorough and checked every nook and cranny of the house. Rob at Higher Elevation is a great inspector and well worth the money. Him and his partner inspected a multi-family home that I purchased as an investment property. They let me know all the issues and thankfully they were all minor fixes that I was able to negotiate with the seller and save myself some money.

I had a different inspector for my first inspection and he didn’t give me even a quarter of the information Rob did. After my appointment with Rob I felt confident in my decision to buy. Communication and scheduling was very easy even though it was a last minute request. Rob and his team did an unbelievably thorough inspection that lasted almost 6 hours! They took photos of everything, made sure that I understood what was inspected every time, what needed to be fixed now or in the future and the maintenance needed. What is usually a stressful experience, it turned out to be a very pleasant and educational one! In less than 8 hours after the inspection, they sent me a 35 page report, extremely detailed and full of tips and advice for home maintenance. Rob is very professional and trustworthy.
