Great store for plumbing design and fixtures for bathrooms and kitchens. Also has plumbing supply for pipes, fittings, etc.

The control valve on my Procom stove broke, and finding a replacement part was nearly impossible. I finally found one online, but it had missing parts. These guys helped me find fixes to my problems and to get the part working ... which saved me a $1000 on a new stove. Very helpful.

Can’t say enough about the service at Rim. Roxanne in particular was of great value to me. She helped me with all my bathroom planning, plumbing and fixtures. She answered questions that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. My three bathrooms look great and a lot of the stress was alleviated!

Always helpful in finding whatever parts we are looking for. We do not always call for the easiest of plumbing, heating and air conditioning items and they always get back to us with the information we are looking for. The prices are always competitive, but more so the service goes above and beyond which is more important to us and especially our customers who are relying on us to get them parts and service. One of the staff lives near us and goes out of his way after hours to drop off material that we need quickly and can't wait on. We also use them for duct work fabrication which is always made very well and timely. I would highly recommend them as a supplier. R.I.M Supply has been a part of my plumbing career for a good 40 years. There may be a handful of plumbing contractors that can say they have been a customer/client to a single business for that long. I will tell you why.....R.I.M Supply is a family business, and as such I have been treated as family. I admire and appreciate the Campbell family. They all go the extra mile, they all spend that extra minute to make things right. I have personally witnessed this, they care for their customers. I’m proof. They are my go to plumbing supply house. Period.

First, let me say I do not enjoy doing home renovations. My primary bath needed to be remodeled, so I went to Rim Plumbing for some ideas. Fortunately for me, Roxanne Lopalito is a designer there. Her professionalism and excellent taste guided me through the entire process. I asked many questions and required many meetings and Roxanne was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I now have a beautiful primary bath, and have just ordered the things I need to remodel a second bath.
If you want help for a renovation, look no further than Rim and especially Roxanne for a seamless process.

This company may be one of the only remaining businesses that truly understand the value of relationships in business. The owners rich and his brother Mike create a friendly and inviting work environment in all there locations. My family and I have done business for over 70 years and all I can say is that they are truly gentleman and always a pleasure to deal with. We use rim for both the trade side and also the retail where I send my clients to shop for their projects at home. Rim offers a multitude of supply’s for both plumbing and home improvement. It really provides a good one stop shop for any plumbing needs of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. If they don’t have something they will get you it and never hesitate to help you out when you’re in a jam. We had a wonderful experience with Roxanne at Rim Plumbing Supply in Ossining, NY. Our 26-year-old home recently developed a leak in the kitchen sink faucet — an older 4-hole design with extremely tight mounting space, which made the replacement particularly challenging.
Roxanne was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She carefully walked us through multiple options, thoughtfully considering the space constraints and compatibility issues that come with an older setup. Her expertise in plumbing solutions was evident, and she never rushed us — instead, she methodically helped us evaluate what would truly work best.
Because of her diligence and problem-solving skills, we were able to find the perfect solution. We’re very grateful for her guidance and highly recommend Roxanne to anyone looking for expert advice and outstanding customer service.

To be clear, this is a showroom, not like a hardware store. They have a lot of vanities, bathtubs, etc, on display.

They had exactly what I needed where other supply stores didn't. Very knowledgeable.

If you are a home owner it is not a bad place to know for all the reasons in the world.
They offer high end quality plumbing supplies from soup-to-nuts.

They will also special order items they may not regularly carry.

Nice quality products. The store worker I dealt with had some attitude and was not very helpful. He acted like we were a bother.

I have no experience in plumbing, visited RIM to get a little guidance on two missing connector parts for a new sink. After a good 15 minute wait, the dude behind the counter took a loot at the parts I had and basically threw his hands up and said "I have no idea how you are supposed to mount that thing" I had the manual with the specs, dude didn't want to see it and asked that I step aside for other customers. Our rather unprofessional interaction couldn't have lasted more than 30 seconds. And as far as I can tell I have standard sink & drain. Literally 0 help from these guys & a complete waste of time. Also anecdotally, their merchandise seems pretty expensive. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the comparatively "skilled professionals" at Home Depot
