After three months of pure frustration, we finally have reliable hot water again.
This was my third water heater installation in three months, and the experience up until now had been exhausting. The first two installs were constant problems, repeat visits, and the stress of never knowing if the hot water would last more than a few minutes.
This time, I decided to go with a completely different installer and a different type of unit, and thank God I did.
The installation was handled properly, everything was checked carefully, and for the first time in months we can finally use hot water without worrying it will suddenly run out.
It may sound simple, but after everything we went through, 20 minutes of straight hot water feels like a luxury.
I truly hope this is the end of a very long and frustrating saga. No homeowner should have to go through three installations in three months just to get something as basic as hot water working properly.

Perry and son Perry Jr. are to stand up guys. Salt of the earth. During the pandemic in quarantine time our hot water heater died. Ware have an 7 month old daughter that we need be bathed (of course) . We had to heat water in pans to make here bath.

I called Quaranti Installations. And they were on their way.

NOW THIS PART OF THE STORY IS WHERE THE SERVICE WAS TERRIFIC.

The day he was coming there was a terrible thunderstorm was nonstop heavy rain. Worst working condition ever for Perry and his son, Perry Jr. But , this did not waver them. They went to my basement came diagnosed the problem of the heater and needed to came up with the most cost affect solution, which was of course to get a new hot water heater. After Perry and Jr. gathered the information they needed to get the new heater, they went to grab it from their parts supplier.

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?!

The power went out! Because of the storm , it knocked out a power line a block away from our house which knocked the whole neighborhood out of power. I thought for sure that this was it, they are going to tell me they have to comeback another day , impossible to work in these conditions. NOPE, I was wrong! Unfazed again, Perry and Jr. kept focused on their task to get hot water in our house. They pulled out flash lights , went into a pitch black basement, clothes cold and soaked of rain, and finished the installation!

Me and my family are so grateful for Perry and Perry Jr.'s tenacity and determination to get this heater installed.

My hot water heater decided it was time to leak all over the floor. I dont have a plumber that I use. My friend recommended this guy named Perry. I contacted him and he was very polite. I was happy he was working on the holiday (Colombus day). He walked me through my options and the same day he got me a brand new 50 gallon water heater. He was on time to my home, and he did a wonderful job removing the old one and installing the new one. He was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. It was cheaper than I thought. I am extremely satisfied and now have my new plumber I will call for other issues. Would definently recommend

Perry and his crew are top notch. They were assigned to us by the retailer to install a new Dishwasher and Range after they were delivered. They were there the next day. We’ve had such a great experience, we will now use them as our plumbing and heating needs.

I have used Quaranti Installations for several appliance installations. Their communication regarding appointment scheduling is great, as is the quality of their work. I will continue to call them whenever the need arises!

Quaranti Installation was great👍 Mr. Quaranti called me to see if I would like an early installation in regard to our new Dishwasher that we just purchased from Lowe’s. On the installation date, they called before they arrived and they arrived on time. They took their time with the installation process. Mr. Quaranti’s son was very professional and took the time to explain the process to my wife. Their work was very clean and they cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy for great service and would call them for any future plumbing work to our home. 👍🇺🇸

Over 10yrs ago I purchased 50 gallon Kenmore water heater and Mr. PERRY QUARANTI did an exceptional job!

Super Professional Installation. Quarantini Installations handled the install for an appliance delivery. Perry Quarantini was spot-on with precise communication leading up to the scheduled day, arrived on time and performed a beautiful install. They even helped troubleshoot a cabinet issue we had that was interfering with the install. Very pleased.
