Did a great job installing a new furnace for us on short notice after old one unexpectedly died. Highly recommend.

We bought a heat pump and called Isaacs and several other companies for installation. All others would not install it without us purchasing the ones they sell. We called Harding’s and they scheduled our installation. They showed up promptly and installed our unit. It works great. This is a great company. We have another unit that Isaac’s installed. The price for labor compared to Isaac’s is considerably less. We are very happy with Brandon’s work. Thank you Harding’s.

Water quit, technician arrived within the hour. He determined the problem, replaced the part, and we had our Water back in a little over an hour after that. Who could ask for better?

My wife and I use Harding’s services often. The technicians that I have had the pleasure of working with have been great. I would recommend Harding to any property management company in need of the heating services on their rental properties.

The first thing I tell people about Harding is that if they schedule an appointment, they show up. I've had other contractors and service people keep us waiting, need to be called, or just never show up. It's frustrating and time-wasting, and has not ever happened with Harding in the years since we started using them. We've had them do both regular maintenance and repairs on our furnace and water-boiler heating system, as well as installing a toilet and sink in a bathroom and various other plumbing repairs. Being able to rely on them for scheduled work is great, but I also know I had to call on a terrible winter night for a leak in the heating system on the second floor that was flooding a room - Shane came out at the worst time of night and got it fixed. There have been a few occasions over the years when a technician may have made a mistake or missed something, but those were remedied as soon as we let the office know about it. Shane is always patient and knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise, which was also helpful in redoing a commercial space I rented. Tara keeps the business running smoothly and makes it look effortless. I know their work takes them across the state, but I always feel lucky to have someone in my hometown I can rely on like Harding's. (Oh my gosh, like that time I was visiting family in overseas and the neighbor who checked on the house found an issue with the furnace? Harding is who I know I can call from Australia in the middle of winter and trust to get it done right!)

Very prompt, courteous and professional as always. I called on Saturday morning at 7,due to having no water and the repair man was here at 8:30 and had the problem fixed in an hour. Very pleased with the service

Had another plumbing problem, this time washing machine draining. Not an easy fix as on a cement slab. Did all that could be done without jack hammering the cement, so have to wait and see if all goes well when used again. The fella that comes is very knowledgeable and I like his work. Will always call Harding's for my plumbing needs.

My furnace boiler was not firing on a 20-degree morning. I contacted Harding and within 5 hours a technician was at my house and had my furnace running again. I have been using Harding for years and I would highly recommend their services.

Harding heating and cooling did a great job fixing an oil leak we had on our furnace. Shane was so patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and took his time repairing the leak to make sure we wouldn’t have a problem again. It was spotless when he left. I always appreciate the great work these people do. They'll take care of you when you need them. Over the years they have:
1) Quickly replaced a failed septic pump in an engineered system for my in-laws. A messy, difficult job that was an emergency for folks in their 90s!
2) Installed new heating/air-conditioning systems in two rental properties I owned. Both jobs had many difficulties due to the ancient nature of the old systems and cramped basement conditions. Huge improvements!
3) Snaked a sewer main late on a Sunday night, when tree roots clogged the line and NO water could be run anywhere in the house. I'm forever grateful!
4) Replaced ancient (70+ years) boilers, on my recommendation, for a buddy of mine, in two commercial buildings on Main St, Geneseo. Again, huge improvements. These guys can do just about anything.
5) Recently came by my house to recharge the refrigerant in our central AC unit - a big deal, as the heat was making my wife's illness worse!
And you can bet they'll be the first ones I call when I replace the old heating system in my own house in the near future.
