We needed our buried power line that went from the pole to our box replaced, in the dead of winter. We called Merkley electric and they came out called the neccessary people and got us fixed right up.

I needed a range hood, lighting and outlets installed at my house. Todd did a great job for a reasonable price.

Tod was extremely responsive on returning a phone call, gave me a great price, came over 3 days later which gave us time to get our trench in and then only hour’s after showing up got our pool up in running, followed up with a phone call a day later to see how everything was running and if we had any more questions or concerns!! Todd Merkley did a fantastic job changing out our old fuse box into a new panel box. Every detail was taken into consideration, he did all liaising with NYSEG inspection. Very pleased with his work.

The electric meter box and feed line was in need of replacement due to water accessing connections which resulted in a "glow" within the electric meter box among other issues . Merkley electric assessed the needs and severity of the issues on Friday afternoon and replaced all the next day .Everything in good working order and safe now thanks to Todd and his assistant.

Found the RG&E meter unattached from my garage wall. After getting the run around elsewhere (for weeks) I tried Merkley. Todd got right back to me, made an assessment and coordinated with RG&E and inspection. He came as scheduled and had everything squared away—from power off, to back on—in only a few hours. He brought everything up to code, installed a grounding rod and corrected the original installation deficiencies smoothly (in the cold and pandemic).

Merkley electric came and replace our panel box today, we were very pleased with them, they where here right on time and finished the job sooner than they said. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too. Will definately use them again.
