From the first phone call to the last part of the job, Mike Williams and the crew were extremely professional. Mike responded to my request to install a charger, took the general information, and made an on site visit to review and photograph the job site. He responded with a comprehensive quote and project plan, including additional suggestions that I hadn't considered. The job was scheduled, the crew arrived as promised, and completed the installation quickly. They answered all my questions, and went above and beyond what was required by helping me situate the charging connector by installing some cabling on the ceiling. I was impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the entire group. Will definitely hire them again.

Mike Willians electric did a fantastic job of installing my charger for my Chevy Bolt EUV. It was my first electric car, so I didn't know a lot, and Mike explained things really well. His crew were also lovely and went out of their way to work with my schedule. Mike has even helped me troubleshoot little snags along the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mike Williams was very professional and did high quality work. They responded quickly when I reached out and had the job completed within a month of my initial contact. They took care of all of the permitting and paperwork necessary to receive the GM rebate. When a wrinkle arose in their plan, they quickly and effectively found an alternative solution at no additional cost. Mike and the team did a great job and were very professional! The EVSE was installed in less than 2 weeks from my first phone call inquiring about their services. On top of quick and quality work the charger they installed is a high quality hard wired outdoor rated weatherproof Wallbox Pulsar Plus 48 amp unit that tops up my VW quickly. I highly recommend using them.

Mike Williams and team are true professionals in every sense of the word. Before purchasing an EV, I called Mike to determine if my home setup would allow for an EV charger install and he was able to talk me through the process so I could confidently buy. I then used a QMerit process (something coordinated with the dealer) and Mike ended up with the winning big, which I was thrilled with. His team came out promptly and created a solution for my unique setup as we have a detached garage and required a new line be trenched from the home. The attention to detail was exceptional as they worked to ensure any disruption to our lawn and garden was minimized. A few members of their team also have a construction background, so they were able to remove a few steps from my deck and then reinstall them with greater reinforcement than they had before. The entire job was done in a day. Communication from top to bottom was superb. I can't recommend Mike Williams enough for your EV installation needs.

Working with Mike Williams was a seamless, smooth, efficient process. He and his staff initially installed our EV charger at our home in Caledonia, and then uninstalled it and reinstalled it in our new home in Henrietta. His work was exactly as proposed and took very little time. I cannot recommend his team more highly. His crew is top-knotch!

Mike Williams and team did a tremendous job installing a new charging receptacle for my EV in my garage. The planning process was easy enough, and Mike was responsive to my questions before the work was started. His crew was on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. When the inspector came and looked at the work, he was very impressed with the work that had been done and when I told him who did the work he stated he wasn't surprised as Mike Williams Electric does an excellent job. Just another check that made me feel that I made the correct choice when hiring Mike.

We had an electric car charger installed. Mike’s team did a great job with the installation. Very quick, professional, cleaned up afterwards. Mike took care of all the paperwork with the City. When the location didn’t originally work with City variances, Mike gave me options that I think were better than what I originally wanted.
One of his team members then worked with the City to find a time/day convenient for me to do an inspection I would definitely recommend.

I called Mike Williams as he was recommended to me by several people I trust. He was amazing. He helped me answer the questions he needed to that he could quote me the right solution while recognizing that I wasn't sure how this all worked. His estimate came through which was easy to follow and to approve. He was able to get me in within a day and his people knew exactly what to do always looking for the solution that was the most efficient and they wanted it to not only work well but look good. I was told the job would probably take 3 hours and at 3 hours they were showing me how everything worked. Excellent people. I would recommend them to anyone.
