Bob and his team arrived early and completed a new install of a furnace and air conditioner in 8 hours as scheduled. Everything cleaned up and old parts were removed that day. Recommended.

Bob and his team at Mendon Heating & Cooling did a superb job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing a new York furnace and York AC. The total job took less than 5 hours, and all of the team members were consummate professionals. When they completed the job and departed, our home looked as if no one had been here. Amazing service! Work ethic is second to none. Trustworthy, neat, respectful. Gives you every option for repair/replacement so that it works for your budget. Takes credit cards so you can decide how you want to pay. Family business where both generations are on the job. They respond right away, look you in the eye, speak plainly and are just so pleasant to deal with every time. Let's face it--nobody wants to buy a new furnace or A/C unit but if you must, just call MH&C. The best!

I have worked with a lot of contractors and their level of effort and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Virtually everything about working with Mendon HVAC was top notch. They didn't oversell us. They recommended what we needed. When asked about upgrading to a higher model, they said the ROI would be horrible and un-necessary. Bob, RJ and a third gentleman installed our system THEMSELVES on a Saturday. (Don't under-rate the importance of this!) They corrected other HVAC issues that they spotted with our previous system without additional charges. I had quotes on a new gas furnace and AC/heat pump from 7 different firms. They were all very polite but RJ and Bob just had a very, very high level of credibility and they delivered on their promises and professional opinions. Couldn't be happier about the choice we made.
