My pool heater wasn't working. The heater would trip the main circuit breaker when trying to spin the fan up. Cody and team diagnosed the unit and found a faulty capacitor and replaced it.

They replied to my call within 24 hours and fixed my issue within 48 hours. Professional team and I will use them for my future HVAC needs.

Cody was excellent and made time to come and look at my furnace let me know what was wrong and fix it that day. Also, it happened to be Christmas weekend and he still made time. Great customer service and a great job! Thank you Cody! Highly recommend

Wednesday our tankless water heater stopped working. I reached out to a Greece group looking for recommendations and Cody from Platinum HVAC was recommended and reached out. He helped me trouble shoot the problem and get back up and running. We scheduled him to come for service which he did today. He was on time and took the time to educated us about or systems. He found a problem we were unaware of in our frunace and brought it to our intention. Now we are waiting for a gasket to see if that fixes the leak we have. I feel like we are in good hands with Platinum HVAC Solutions, Inc.

I had recently met Cody at a Mutual acquaintances house.

Within two days, my brother needed rescuing with his air conditioning unit and a couple days later I had a basement that was flooding where the furnace drain goes into our drainage system.

I believe he actually moved something personal out-of-the-way in order to get to my house and take care of the issue as quickly as possible.

He definitely save the day and was in and out quickly and efficiently.

I would not hesitate to call Platinum again at the first sign of distress or need.

I will definitely keep them on speed dial.
