Had a great experience working with Brandon M. He was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done 👍👍. The back office was likewise great, quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled.

Absolutely the best appliance repair service company on Long Island without question. Highest recommendation. They are extremely easy to work with and amazingly responsive. Communication is outstanding. They even enable customer to geo-locate tracking serviceperson for arrival time. They can fix anything, sometimes even when OEM parts no longer commercially available. I've used them several times over a number of years to repair DCS double wall oven, Sub-Zero wine refrigerator and now my Thermador Downdraft. Servicemen are friendly, well-trained, obviously experienced and knowledgeable.

Our technician Matthew S. was great. Communicative and honest. We knew exactly when he was going to arrive so we didn't have to sut around and wait all day.

Adam from RD Appliance is a true professional. He arrived on time and was very thorough with fixing my washing machine and cleaning my dryer. I had used RD Appliance several years ago to fix my dishwasher. They are the GOAT when it comes to appliance service.

Matthew S. was prompt, professional and courteous. He exceeded my expectations by actually fixing our Subzero freezer unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and searched and found the replacement part on the truck. The part was then replaced and the unit was fixed all in one visit. Kudos to Matthew who is a real asset to RD Appliance Service!!

RD Appliance is just what you need when you’re in a pinch. Two days before Thanksgiving a serviceman was sent to my home to fix my dishwasher. Ordered the parts and gave me recommendations in no time at all. The installation was quick and the serviceman made sure there was no mess.

Very happy with my first visit with RD! They explained everything, had detailed invoices, and the tech was very professional. He put on shoe covers right away and showed up on time.

The best thing is they sent me a text when the tech was 15 minutes away so I didn’t spend all day wondering when the tech was arriving. This let me plan my morning. The text also had a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect in my home.

Setting up an appointment was super easy, the ability to track the arrival of your technician was incredibly helpful and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They fixed our Verona range and were very upfront regarding cost. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

RD Appliance is great ! Their communication is great. The website is easy to use for submitting a repair. Their service technology makes a map available showing tracking of the technician’s travel, and an ETA to your location. The repair technician was prompt, proficient and personable. A great job done with great service. They get the highest recommendation.

Outstanding service - From scheduling to confirmation of service window to being able to track technician's distance from your home. And I witnessed why the technician could be running behind. Resetting my Miele oven after new circuit boards were installed by Matthew required directions from Miele. Wait time for Miele's agent was formidable. Matthew was knowledgeable, patient and very careful! Highly recommend RD Appliance.

Brandon Mohabir and Jason were both great. Very attentive. I had an ongoing problem with my oven (due to the manufacturer) and Brandon ended up coming out to service the unit and troubleshoot the issue multiple times over almost two years. When one solution didn’t work, he advocated for us with the manufacturer to make sure we got what we needed. Nice guys. Oven finally works as it should.

I got two estimates from local repairman one for $2000, next was $4000. RD appliance repair fixed the freezer, cost was $120 plus service call fee. You know I love RD.

Our built-in Miele coffee machine broke and we called to get a repair and they came the next day!! Then after assessing the issue, they returned next week with the part and fixed it. Matthew was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely call them again for any repairs!

After not a good experience with another service company, I ended with RD appliance. Our technician Matthew S. Was just simply amazing.
Professional, experienced and did an overall fantastic job fixing our Thermador refrigerator. He found the problem, ordered the parts and was back within the week. Excellent experience. I cannot thank him enough for being so wonderful!! RD apppliance, you have an asset there with him!!

Had some trouble with a Gaggeneau gas cook top and received great service from Matt Sweeney.
He realigned the five burners and igniter’s and we were back in business! He went over and explained how to reassemble the cook top after cleaning it and how it functions.
He was a great!
