The workers were very efficient and did not leave us with a mess. They literally had to dig up under our floor.

I needed a plumber for our clogged kitchen sink. I got Bills info from a local Facebook Mom group where he was highly recommended. He called me back right away. After telling him the problem he told me on the phone the possible issues and the cost to fix them. He was at my house no more then 15 minutes after I called him. Fixed the two week problem we were having in about 20 minutes. Super professional , super friendly, very reasonably priced. He was so nice to my dog and let my dad look on and learn :) I highly recommend.

Lou was amazing ! He came in middle of the night , he figured out the pipe that was frozen and fixed it on the spot and even cleaned up after . Would def use him again . Highly recommend them !

Spoke with the owner Jerry- He was open minded and he was able to fit me in for a scheduled boiler descaling. The Team at minutemen sewer & drain is very knowledgeable. It's a brand new unit I have and I like to stick with plumbers who know what they are doing, This is clearly the case at this company. Highly recommend them 5 Stars!. Will add pictures of the boiler after the descaling!

Used Minuteman Sewer & Drain today and they sent a repairman who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious in his work. They are a 24 hour service, but after calling other 24 hour services they were the only who responded and came to fix my leaking radiator immediately. I highly recommend them

This is the second time that I’ve used Bill and his crew. They are reliable, professional, always on time, and do a great job. Plumbing issues sometimes fall under the “emergency” category, (at least in my case!!) and once again, they were fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Bill and Minutemen Sewer. Bill was professional, reliable and responsive. I gave him a call on a Friday, he asked a few questions to assess the issue and said he would come by 1st thing Monday morning. He showed up as promised and was in and out within 2 hours. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Would highly recommend!! I will call him for all my plumbing issues bc he is knowledgeable and honest.

When I turned on my outside hose faucet my kitchen flooded. The water lines are behind the dishwasher. In disconnecting the dishwasher to access the lines the washer's drain hose connection broke off the sink's drain tube, and the hot water valve wouldn't close all the way. I called Minuteman and within the hour Lou showed up. About an hour later all three were fixed. No grumbling, no huffing and puffing. Lou was pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. It would have taken me 6 hours and 10 trips to Home Depot. Nice job MM!

Professional company who repaired/ replaced 12 feet of my sewer pipe. They rescheduled and worked around other repairs to fit us in. They were immaculate,courteous and so Professional. I noticed my grass sinking after heavy rain and they were at my door within 1 hour. Also, their price for the job was industry standard and fair considering the scope of the job...Jerry thank you for everything! If anyone has issues with a cesspool and/or sewerline these are the people you want doing the job! Congrats gentleman!

Thought my water heater was leaking and may need a replacement. Within 45 minutes of calling they sent over someone to diagnose and repair. Turned out to be an old drain valve leaking from the furnace next to the water heater. They had the part in the truck and fixed in 20 mins. Quick, efficient and fair.

Absolutely great job in every way , Louis explained everything perfect and thoroughly he made me feel very comfortable and let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way , Keith was also great very friendly and knowledgeable Joe was also very nice and helpful will recommend 100% 5 stars all the way - Jeff

Excellent customer service & diagnosed the issues quickly. My sink was overflowing in my work space (my spa suite). I needed it fixed promptly due to the fact that I work solo and need it to do my job. They were quick and efficient, and definitely a lot more polite than other plumbers that I contacted previously lol. Definitely would recommend and use again!

Called Minutemen and within an hour Will arrived to address a leak that was found to be behind a wall. He determined after beginning the work that it was a larger problem than it was initially thought to be. Will worked for a number of hours but stuck to the initial estimate . The work was professional and completed to the homeowners satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this group to others and already have it in my phone contacts. Thanks Will.

I had a leak from my shower that kept my faucet running no matter how hard I turned my shower off. I thought there was gonna be no solution and I had to redo everything. That was until Bill came to my house and fixed it all better than I could have ever asked for!!! His work is amazing and that man is truly talented and proud of his work and he came within an hour of my call. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else especially if your in the westbury / East meadow area like me!🤍

Got a phone call that water was coming thru my bathroom floor. Sent a text to Bill as I ran to catch a train home. Bill was at the house before I even got home and unfortunately I got the news that my sewer line had collapsed. Bill moved mountains to have a team at my house the next morning. Its 4th of July weekend and I am back to normal. I can't thank Bill and the team enough for getting this fixed for me. If you need a plumber Bill is your guy. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done.
