In prior summers, I utilized a large window unit air conditioner to cope with the oppressive heat and humidity. I decided I no longer wanted to deal with the routine of lifting the heavy unit into place, hearing the excessive noise all summer with nominal efficiency and storing it during the offseason. After conducting research, I contacted A. Borrelli Mechnical. One of their representatives visited my home and recommended the installation of a split A/C unit. I received an estimate promptly with a detailed description of the tasks involved at an affordable price. I accepted their proposal. Their communication with me regarding the job start date and the estimated duration of the service to be performed was excellent. All of their employees that I dealt with during the installation were professional, neat, courteous and understanding of my concerns. The work performed was beyond my expectations and the quality of the new system is outstanding. I’d highly recommend A. Borrelli Mechanical for any of your cooling or heating needs.

Just great. Arrived with in the specified time ( on a hot day ) , found the problem in minutes . Had the part with them , replaced it, AC back on ( 20 minutes total ). No attempts to up sell me and The PRICE , at first I thought it was just the price for the call ( not the work or the part ). I have a family of five, it was about a big grocery bill.

Borrelli has consistently done a good job in maitaining our gas heating system. Al Borrelli is knwoledgaeable, responsible and reliable. His son Vito is always on time, does immaculate work and a pleasure to deal with.

Eric and Flavio did an excellent job. Replaced furnace damper quickly and efficiently and made sure it was in good working order before they left. Courteous and professional from beginning to end of work.

I needed a back flow installed on my building I called Borrelli Mechanical, they were quick and responsive and reasonably priced. They had it installed in a day and my building was without water for minimal time. Highly recommend.

Eric and Mike installed a large thru-the-wall AC unit today. It was a complicated project, because my building, built in '37 by the architects for Empire State building, has steam heat. The AC unit doubles as a radiator, using the building steam to provide warmth during cold months. It was a 3 hour job for the two of them. The AC is working great. And from the looks of things, the heating will work fine, once the October cold rolls in. These guys are great, having done careful work on a tough job. I recommend them highly. Also, this AC unit is custom made by IslandAire, and I am glad A. Borrelli is able to obtain these units, install them and maintain them. Thumbs up for Borrelli, too.

Best experience with HVAC service! From the initial call with the wonderful scheduler who answered all of my questions and concerns, to the service tech who explained all of the unfortunate problems with my system that was installed improperly (from another provider). I will definitely be recommending A. Borrelli Mechanical to all of my neighbors and friends.

Borrelli upgraded our gas line to comply with the new ConEd standards when it was accidentally cut by someone installing a new water line for us. They did a great job. they were very responsive from start to finish.

Our A/C system had to be replaced in the middle of summer. We were worried because one of our family members is over ninety. Borrelli treated the situation with real urgency -- George came out immediately to diagnose the system; Brittany and Katie in bookkeeping kept track of the new system. As soon as it was on its way, Borrelli sent Mike and Eric to do the preliminary work so the new system could be installed as quickly as possible. They've been our heating and A/C people for well over a decade now, and they've always given good service. Very grateful that they went all-out for us during this emergency.

Sent through Lowe's to install a water heater. Great communication and follow up. On time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Eric & Carlos were great! So hard to find great plumbers. Plan to use them for future needs

Got the recommendation from a neighbor who has been a loyal customer for 20 years. No disappointment here. Had to replace my broken steam boiler. Due to some unusual configuration of my house, I have seen many technicians from the company to get to the bottom of the issue. Everybody is professional and respectful. Mostly importantly, A. Borrelli make sure everything is all right and stick to the end. Nowadays, seems to be hard to find someone so responsible for what they do. Thanks.
