Dom at Pramar Plumbing is the man! He took the time to explain to me step by step how to replace the entire inside of the tank on a toilet at my parents house, since the cost to hire a plumber was too much for them. With no prior plumbing experience at all I was able to fix the toilet for only $40. After replacing the parts with the new ones that he picked out for me the toilet worked perfectly. These guys are the best.

I’m a reputable local contractor and Torrco is by far one of the most responsive and helpful supply houses around. I’m assuming most of their negative reviews are from home owners. Supply houses are in a tough spot and can’t cater to them in order to protect the local contractor. So far as we’re concerned, Torrco is fantastic with a great staff!

Two days ago, I ran into an unexpected issue with a plumbing fixture and was unable to reach my regular plumber right away, so I contacted Torcco. From the very first call, Ronald, the manager, was outstanding. He responded immediately, helped to take care of my issue, and made sure it was addressed promptly and thoroughly. In an industry where follow-up can often be lacking, Ronald truly stood out for his responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. His level of service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend both Ronald and Torcco Distributors in Port Chester, NY.

I called with a question and the dude on the other end of the phone was completely useless, basically persuading me not to come to that store for anything. Don’t shop here. Don’t go here. Waste of time
