JP Plumbing is always professional and courteous. I've had issues with my tub draining for the last few weeks. Myles came on short notice and on-time Saturday because of my schedule. He got the job done quickly!

We just moved into this house and wasn’t sure how the heating system worked. It’s the dead of winter and having below freezing temperatures. We have a 4 month old and couldn’t figure out why the house was not heating. We called JP Plumbing and Heating. They were very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to spot the issue quickly and showed us how to navigate the system for the future. They even checked in after they left to make sure the issue was resolved.

Also, definitely worth mentioning that they were respecting covid protocols by wearing their masks!

Myles provided us top notch customer service. We searched high and low to find a company that would fix our broken water heater with no success. We finally called JP Plumbing and Myles talked us through the fix over the phone and saved the day!!

I had a toilet leak. I knew if I tried to fix it, I would have been a disaster. I saw JP Plumbing was recommended from a Facebook Post. Made a call spoke to Myles. Had a follow up text conversation and confirmed a date and time. Arrived exactly as said, was professional, friendly and when done, had the area cleaner then when he arrived. Excellent Value.

I can not say enough positive statements about Myles and Vinny. They were so quick and mindful of my home. I was very concerned about the pipe they were removing in the ceiling over my bed. They were incredibly neat with NO unnecessary damage. Their prices were fair. Excellent communication THROUGHOUT the entire process. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again!

Im so happy I called JP Plumbing & Heating, they were prompt, professional, and the price was great. Thank God I was recommended to them, heaven sent! I had issues with my outdoor faucet, now i can water my yard. Thanks a bunch 🤗

After getting a couple of plumbers to come look at a project me and my wife wanted to do Myles came by and suggested a different way that we didn't think of and it worked out great. He was very responsive and was there every way of the project. I highly recommend him and will be the only plumber I use from now on.

We had our hot water heater go a few days ago. We had a referral from a close friend to call Myles at Jp Plumbing. He was courteous, knowledgeable , quick and very reasonably price. He recommended a tankless water heater that was energy efficient and works great. We could not have been happier with his response time and work, and would highly recommend him. The icing on the cake... our house was left spotless!

Easily one of the best contractor experiences I've had in the 15 years since we moved into our house. Myles showed up when he said he would, found the leak and repaired it within an hour -- all at a completely reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Miles has been amazing and has helped us a few times now. We were in need of a plumber on a Saturday evening which happened to be late at night. We called several places, no one answered except for Miles. He showed up in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. We have called him several times now to fix odd and end jobs and it has been flawless and easy. I highly recommend using JP Plumbing & Heating!!!

Our tank failed unexpectedly on a Holiday weekend (Sunday)... We Called JP and they picked up right away, came to the house within the hour They confirmed we needed a new water heater and had the new unit on site and installed in a matter of hours. The total price was extremely affordable given the circumstances and we will be recommending JP Heating and Plumbing to all our friends!!

Of course Holiday Season is near and my sink drain trap broke. Contacted Myles whom set up a quick appointment. Kenny and Edward arrived on time and did a superb job. Bath room area was even cleaner after they left :) JP is my first call always when I need expertise in a plumbing repair. I am a repeat customer.

They came to install our utility sink in the basement. It went great, the sink works well, and they were very fast and clean. They even installed an extra connection for us. Highly recommend!

Myles is the most knowledgeable and honest plumbers I have ever used. Had 2 other plumbers out before him who couldn't figure out the problem. Myles figured it out in 5 minutes and gave me a very reasonable price for the fix it. I would highly recommend him.

Love Myles and his team!! They are always so friendly, so responsive, respectful, and helpful! I can't say enough good things - they take on the job, big or small, and do their best to accommodate our needs and schedule and never make us feel anything other than a top priority. You would be well-served to use JP Plumbing & Heating!

Miles and Eddy were our live savers when our hot water heater went unexpectedly. We called them at 8 am and they were at our door at 11 am with a new hot water heater. They installed it quickly, and took the old one away. They were extremely professional and punctual and I would recommend them to anyone!
