I've had the misfortune of dealing with one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. From the moment the issue arose, their attitude was completely unacceptable. They rushed to replace the unit without even bothering to investigate, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence.

When the new unit started malfunctioning after less than a year, they kept dodging responsibility, suggesting that it was something else entirely or that my address made it too difficult for them to deal with. I even called one of their technicians to confirm this, and surprisingly, they seemed genuinely apologetic. But when the technician themselves said the problem was actually with the furnace, Chris started making excuses again.
