Made a call to them and came with in a half hour. Tech was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away and knew how to fix it.

The repairman helped fix my Viking fridge that had water pooling underneath. He was patient, explained what was going on, and cleaned everything up after. Smooth process from start to finish.

I had an issue with the thermostat in my Viking refrigerator, which was keeping the refrigerator section from getting cold. Jorge came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the part when he said he would, and repaired it perfectly. I will absolutely use him in the future for other repairs

Will not recommend. Came for a min and charged $85. They just wanted to collect the service call. I tried to cancel but they insist on coming. I told them fan and compressor was working. Came for one minute and said not worth fixing.

I bought a new dishwasher. It worked 2 times. I have been trying to get it repaired. I have been given several days where they either show up without the part or don't show up at all. The last I heard is that they can't locate the part so they are ordering new parts. I waited one week then called they said the 5th of November the day the warranty expires is when the parts coming
