Be cautious when hiring Frank's home services company. He shifts the blame to himself for using faulty components and his workers' mistakes are suddenly framed as his own liability. They'll take advantage of you by overcharging for minor issues, like antifreeze leaks caused by subpar piping. Expect them to sell you unnecessary parts at inflated prices – think $60 each for something you can find online for $25 a pair. His behavior is unprofessional and exploitative, especially during difficult times.
