Nice people and good service

Doing a job at JFK, these fellas took care of us.

Easy parking, very helpfull and a large section.

Hands down. Best supply house , great products even better customer service

Came in for a circuit breaker that home depot didnt have. Quick and friendly service.

Great customer service fast and well mannered! Easy to find parking and very honest staff would recommend to anyone!

So I was getting mini-splits installed but my house is old and didnt have any room for extra breakers. My hvac contractor referred me to an electrician that wanted $1500 to replace my panel. This made the project un affordable.

So I called Primary hoping I could get some options. They came through for me. They told me to installed a subpanel and use that for the basement and my old panel for my first floor. They sold me everything i needed to do the job at a way better price then home depot. Then watched a youtube video on how to install a subpanel and instaled it myself. Then had a licensed electrician come inspect my work and I was done. Total project cost me $200. ($100 for materials and $100 for electrician) Saved $1300

I’ve been coming to Primary Electrical Supply for years now for my projects. The employees here are always very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for any electrical needs for a great price. 10/10

I literally live one block away. I never went inside before and often ran all the way to home depot. The part I bought was within a few cents of Home Depot's. They even know what they are talking about. I spent less time getting what I needed than I would have spent looking for "help" at Home Depot. This will now be my "go to" for all my electrical needs. So convenient and they even have LED outdoor lights and Outdoor LED Streetlamp-style fixtures. They have an extensive variety and they know what they are doing. A neighborhood gem for the DIY person, contractor, electrician or handyman.

I went there this afternoon trying to find a replacement for an old socket for a ceiling light. The guy at the counter took about fifteen minutes to help me out with various parts to create something that is no longer available. A rare example of great customer service. Thank you Brad.

Came in with an inquiry about a wire and received a lot of help from the two gentleman in the front (Jim and Laim) I definitely recommend this supply store for your needs!
