We settled on Excelsior after a neighbor vouched for them, and we're thankful we did. We'd been plagued by a foul smell for months, and they took a look to see if it was connected to our heating/cooling system. It turned out that water wasn't evaporating quickly enough in the pipe below, causing the stench. After just two days, the smell has significantly improved, but we're hopeful it'll disappear completely once we open some windows and let in some fresh air. The technician showed up on time and was willing to answer all our questions patiently. However, there was a minor hiccup - Excelsior had to reschedule twice due to other emergencies and heavy workloads. Despite that, Ivan kept us informed and even suggested a vendor for closing the ceiling once the fix was done. We're grateful for their professionalism.

Called about troubleshooting a Rheem combi boiler, only to be told they wouldn't help due to installation issues. It's suspicious that they'd presume the installer wasn't qualified without inspecting the unit in person. Assuming someone's qualifications based on installation type seems unprofessional and unfair.
