I am a homeowner in Maspeth, NY, and I recently contracted Main Mechanical to upgrade both of my Navien Combi heating systems. I am writing to formally commend the outstanding work performed by Jurgen and Uran during this project.

Unbelievable service! Uran and the team are responsive, thorough, and expertly skilled. We had an emergency steam pipe leak in a 150 year old building. The highly complex job daunted other plumbers, but was no problem for them. In an industry full of people who won’t call you back and will overcharge- Main Mechanical all a savior. They truly have their customer’s best interest at heart. I’ll never use another plumber.

Jurgen identified the issue with my Navien tankless heaters and swiftly resolved it within a day. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Strongly recommended!

Issues with a very old boiler. Several options were discussed with no pressure to choose one over the other. Decided to completely replace and was entirely satisfied with the mechanics and their work. Very conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. Keen attention to detail. Went over and beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly at no extra cost. My new go-to company for future plumbing needs.

Jurgen was knowledgeable and professional. We called in the morning and someone came to my house the same day. They do very a professional job . Pricing was reasonable but the thing I like the most was that he was quick and talked to me through the entire process. I also got referrals from them for other types of services I needed. I would definitely use them again.

Jurgen and his team was the only one that knew how to fix my brand new heating system. I went through the original installer and two other people I found on thumbtack. All took money but never actually fixed the issue. Jurgen came and was Navien certified. He knew what the issue was the first day. Ever since he made the updates we have had no issues with our systems.

Being a new home owner, its tough to find contractors you can trust and depend on. When you find one, you hold on tight!
