Andres V Came to our house to diagnose an issue with our dishwasher. He made the diagnosis, ordered the parts and returned and installed them quickly and efficiently. He also took the time as he worked to explain the issue. A terrific job by a terrific Technician!

Zach, with ApplianceTech, was wonderful. He communicated before the appointment to make sure he understood the problem. He was punctual, worked efficiently and was friendly. He solved the issue and cleaned up when he was finished. We are very pleased with Zach and his work.

This was my first time using Appliance Tec. A new freezer was having some ice buildup inside the front door. Hoffman's arranged warranty service with Appliance Tec through Maytag. I am impressed with this company. Communication is outstanding, from contacting me to arrange a service date and time, email follow-up reminders, to a real-time online app to show me where I was in the service queue for that day. Then the Service Tech, Dave L., called when he was on his way to our house. Dave was friendly, polite, and best of all, skilled and quick. He immediately identified and corrected the problem. Thanks, Dave. I won't hesitate to use Appliance Tec the next time I require service.

Andres was very professional,friendly and polite when installing doors on my new fridge. Unfortunately, the original doors were damaged during shipping (from Whirlpool). Once the replacement doors arrived, ApplianceTec was able to deliver an appointment the same week. I’m happy with the service, I will try this company again for my washer! Thanks Andres!

Very pleased with the service provided. Warranty covered cost, Machine has had problems since it was first purchased. Control panel was replace in January, then again today along with the accentuator and motor. Hopefully it will now work consistently. Andres was knowledgeable, personable, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Had a great experience with both service people from Appliance Tec and when the issue was unresolved from the first visit they returned. Turned out my fridge needed to be replaced and they contacted Whirlpool and filed the claim for me saving me the hassle. Would recommend!
