I called Duffy's with an emergency situation we had with one of our commercial kitchen ovens and they came right out. I will certainly be using them again.

Very professional and attentive to detail. Looks like they were never even on site except for installing the new equipment!

My technician was absolutely amazing. He knew what he had to do and got it done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and showed up when he said he would be here. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech so he gets the 5 star rating. The issue I had was when they went to collect payment, the card was maxed out so the person collecting payment says, well I guess I’ll have the tech take the parts back out that he installed. She didn’t even give us a chance to get another form of payment before she said that. We are a multi million dollar company and to get treated like that is just insane! Just like every company, including them, we have channels we have to go through and the first credit card didn’t work so then we move onto the next. Maybe it’s just me, but all customers should be treated with respect and she gave us zero.

Extremely expensive for having no work done. Technician was nice.

If I knew the repair would have cost that much, we would have bought a new one. The repair was half the cost of a new one. Thanks for advising us.

Over priced. No need for a $300 travel fee for a 40 minute ride. Tech told me he would not charge me the minimum 1 hour labor but got charged anyway. Also quoted me $500 for part, so I got part online for $115. Paid over $400 for him to say he "thinks" its the hi limit switch. Will not use again.

Wow talk about criminals. 1. Charged $100+ for travel and they are literally 1.1 miles away. 2. charged 1 hour & travel time to diagnose a loose wire that was what I told them was obvious and visible and I have had done before for $275 elsewhere.
They came without letting me know with wrong parts they mis-ordered at busy time. Then charged another travel time and 1.25 hr labor when they came back (unannounced again at opening time). Tech was inbuilding 20 minutes and we have video proof etc... so $690 for a wire fix. Be prepared for serious overcharge that's why they get your payment in advance. Funny part is all the good reviews on site are employees as they are the same people and no legit ones. Those ones are all negative.

They charged us a ridiculous amount for a job that took 15 minutes and we told them what it was. Even after they ordered the wrong parts, they are local and charged us over $100 for mileage. We asked to speak to someone or give us an answer to our questions but once they got our money they wanted nothing to do with us. Do not even waste the call to them unless you want to be frustrated and robbed.
after the fact...we called 2 other services after they did it and asked for a quote on same job and it was literally $300 less or 1/2 the bill we received from them.

Disappointing experience. My oven was tripping the breaker in my shop. I was charged about $300 just to diagnose the problem on my commercial oven, which wasn’t even the correct problem!!!
After having an electrician friend come actually take the oven apart, he discovered a bad heating element and bad breaker.
I was told by Duffy’s, it was the amount of voltage coming into the building and it was going to be over $1000 to fix. After taking matters into my own hands, my total (after ordering the new element and breaker online) was $350…that included labor!!!
Make sure you do your own research. My oven cost $3000 brand new, almost $1500 to fix it is ridiculous. 🙄 I felt completely taken advantage of

I've never actually gotten a product for them. But if you can drive a company Van the way some of these guys drive, I would never buy a product from them a day in my life. You're in a Van that is clearly marked where you work and who you're employed.By yet you drive like you own the road personally and you're the only one on it.It's amazing, avoid this place. They'll probably total themselves before they even get to you

Absolute extortionists. I have a commercial rice cooker that needs a micro switch. I researched the part and it cost roughly $20. These people sent me a quote/Estimate of $903. In the quote, they didn’t even say what was wrong with it or how they were going to fix it.

When I called to inquire about their services, the woman on the phone literally took 20 minutes to get every piece of personal information. I could possibly give her. I joked and asked her if she wanted the names, birthdates and Social Security numbers of my three sons based on how much information they asked. She also Asked for a credit card which I assume they will charge no matter what a minimum of $145 which is also extortion. I will just buy the part myself and take a shot and rep replacing it.

Never ever call this place or use them. What a joke.
