It's been a couple of days since Rod replaced the drain hoses on my dishwasher and I am blown away at the difference it makes. Apparently the appliance was installed incorrectly 6 years ago and the disposal was periodically backing up into the drain hoses of the dishwasher. My dishes were clean, but there was a horrible smell every time you started the dishwasher that wouldn't go away no matter what we tried. I bless Rod every time I walk past the kitchen now and "sniff". I hadn't realized how stressed I was getting from that ongoing problem. I had had a plumber here, and a different dishwasher "repairman", but only Rod actually got to the root of the problem. Experience pays. THANK YOU, Rod!

Used pro tech twice now. They installed a gas cook top for me. They also removed my broken garbage disposal and replaced it with a new one. Prices are fair, both times charged me what he quoted, showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up after. Everything works great. Highly recommend.

Pro-Tech was fantastic. A person answered the phone and an appointment was made the same day. Rod immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us information about the pro & cons of fixing versus replacing the washer. He also checked the dryer and cleaned the lint out. Could not be happier.

Very quickly figured out electrical issue with dryer. Great honest and reliable tradesman. He recommended a store and new appliance, so I was able to make new purchase confidently.

Rod is great! Our washer stopped spinning over the weekend so I called him up this morning and he came over and had it fixed by lunch. He made sure everything was working before he left, gave recommendations on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and answered all our questions.

He has reasonable prices that saved us from having to buy a new washer. He is highly recommended!
