Signed a contract 10/23/20 for crown repair and haven't heard from Empire since even after calling a half dozen times to follow up.

Save yourself the aggravation and find someone else.

Had two gas fireplaces that needed to be repaired. Technician didn't show up first time he said he would, had to reschedule. Technician came back to check out fireplaces, misdiagnosed one of them then took apart the other one and didn't put it back together correctly. Said he needed a part and said they would call that day to set up the follow up appointment. Never received the call. Had to call the office five days later only to have them not know what I was talking about, then called back the next day saying they'd repair it but couldn't that day. 0/10 would recommend.
