Great electrical supply house staff is knowledgeable

Even If you aren't a pro, this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff.

Didn't have what I needed, but the storefront/counter was neat and clean and they helped me out a little. Don't forget to park and enter off of Bittner St.

I love this company! They conduct business like they actually like their customers which is rare today. I have purchased products from them and on occasion had to return them because of typical issues that all products have from time to time. The difference with KC is they always stand by their products with a smile. They are a great company to do business with!

Real electrical supply house. They have pretty much everything (that isn't too obscure). Not always better price than the big box, but close, and definitely better selection and quality.

As the A/P person at our company I found it very frustrating that the invoices & statements do not have either a phone # or an email address to contact the company. Not only do I have to spend time to track down a contact for the billing department, but it doesn't make it easy for a repeat sale or a question about the delivery!
