This is a lovely building that has been overhauled to show some of the unique things that they are able to do. They always seem to find the right team members that are all about the company culture of supportive, helpful, and yet get the jobs they work on done and to the clients expectations.

We were very impressed with UDN and the work they did at our buildout site for our move. We had a large project, a tight deadline, and a number of unanticipated turns, but our UDN team was responsive, professional, and reliable. We truly appreciate every attention to detail provided along the way—we are very pleased with our new site and the job they did.

UDN has a reputation of being one of the finest General contractors in New York, and it's well deserved. They do everything, facilities, restaurant builds, schools, libraries- no one is more versatile. The work they did at Charlotte High School is simply incredible. Nick has a stellar team here. Jason, Josh, John, Pat, Cory, Emily, Nick, Bobby, Tonya, Dan, Matt, Tim, Andy, and the rest of the group are true professionals, but are easy to talk to as friends. I highly recommend their services!

Good pace

I don’t understand the positive reviews. The work was beyond shoddy- wrong tile ordered AND installed- my husband had to rip it out when he got home from work and the tile floor had to be reinstalled. Wrong drawer pulls put on - after my engineer husband left explicit instructions on what pulls go on what drawers- and a bunch of them were crooked. We were told ‘ we think it looks good’ - frankly- don’t care what you think- it was not what we wanted! Would recommend the Three Stooges over this company!
