This is the best company to work with. It started by Dan coming to do an inspection for my house closing. He was terrific. Once I moved, Dan came again and brought us apples from his farm. He was so easy to talk with. Through our conversation I learned that empire does most anything. We had our furnace replaced and extensive electrical work done. The following season they came and did a free furnace and air conditioning cleaning. Another great staff person came. We recently had trouble with the electric. We called Empire. Chris came and spent hours trying to find the problem but we needed a master electrician. Carl, the master at Empire came to the rescue. Another amazing staff person. Within an hour he and his sons were able to locate the problem. Kelly from the office is a delight to talk to. She even sent me names of people to contact for garage doors. I have had much work done by Empire in the last 3 years. They have yet to disappoint. I feel like part of their family like team. Thank you so much. Don't hesitate to call. They will not disappoint.

Empire gave us a same day repair appointment for our heater that just stopped working. Christopher Hochreiter was our technician. He came out and fixed our heating problem within 20 minutes. He was professional, nice and helpful. Would definitely call Empire again for repair services!

Great company, very involved and always there to help and answer calls and questions. I’ve had Chris come out to install and do cleanings and each time it’s quick and efficient! Makes sure to answer any questions and makes sure everything is up to standard before leaving!

Awesome ! Dan has been servicing our equipment for years. He is always helpful and efficient, often alerting me to problems before they happen. I’m always glad to see him because I can be sure we’re getting the best service.

And with good old fashioned, EXCELLENT communication every step of the way, keeping us posted and returning calls. They quickly saved my 90 year mother from having no heat during sub-freezing temps by installing a new furnace. They definitely will have our future business.

It’s refreshing to have a excellent experience with a service provider these days . This one was as good as they come. Empire came out on a Sunday night to deal with a dead water heater. Before noon Monday we had a brand new tankless water heater at a great price. Then while testing the new unit they fixed 2 plumbing problems without being asked and at no charge. They quick, kind and professional. We will not forget.

Love Empire! We've had them for years! Dan's been coming to clean our furnace for a few years! He goes above and beyond! Very helpful & knowledgeable!

I can't say enough about Empire. Maurice, the owner, came out and provided an estimate for a mini-split AC system at our new how. He answered every question I had about the proposed project.

Not only did they have a four-person crew installing it as soon as I (not them - they could have come sooner) was available, Maurice was there multiple times a day to check up on things. Chris and his team did an excellent job, and we all together just a very friendly crew to have at the house for a few days.

Most importantly, the system works great! Price was right, as well.

Absolutely amazing experience with Empire Heating & Cooling! We purchased a new furnace after ours died. Our experience from the sale to install was wonderful. The pricing was comparable to other companies but their service and attitude was leaps and bounds above. You have a new customer for life!

We had our chimney repaired and new hot water heater installed at the same time. The crew was on time, courteous and did quality work at a reasonable price. As they were buttoning up their job they said that if we were ever interested in a new sidewalk to give them a call. I told them I was interested now and 2 days later I had a new sidewalk and it changed the whole look of the front of our house. Leo came back 2 weeks later and put in a brand new flue in our fireplace and now we are good to go with a working fireplace for the upcoming winter season. Super happy with the company, Leo and the crew. Would certainly recommend them and looking forward to working with them on a maintenance schedule.

I highly recommend Empire for your heating and cooling needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Maybe I was just lucky but both times I called they were able to come same day and next day. 5 STARS!!!

I contacted Empire for a typical Furnace and A/C tune-up as we hadn't had one done since we've moved in. It was time. Dan arrived exactly on time. He brought with him an absolute wealth of knowledge. He went through everything with me, answered my questions, and made good suggestions. Luckily, my systems had a great bill of health. Dan also made sure that I knew about the RGE rebate for a system tune up and walked me through how to redeem that with them. Ultimately, he was quick, performed awesome work, and personable. I'll definitely be using Empire whenever I need something else!

Dave arrived on time, I got him a hose and couldn’t believe how much dirt was in the filter of the outside central air unit when he cleaned it. I took him downstairs and let him get at it. He came up and told me what he did and what the results were. I signed the paperwork, chatted a bit and he left. All good…..

Chris was a life saver! In the midst of the heat dome, after normal business hours, our AC died. After calling multiple vendors, Empire was able to connect me with Chris who agreed to come service our AC. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and within 5 minutes our AC was working again. Super grateful for him taking the time to get cool air back into our house, especially for our English bulldog!

We had Chris with Empire troubleshoot our problematic thermostat, furnace and central air. Chris not only figured out that the trouble was coming from an unexpected source, but he fixed it quickly and with an informative explanation. Chris is knowledgeable, professional, and just easy to work with. Much appreciated!

I can't say enough about Empire. The company does as they say and when with no surprises. Days before Xmas I was getting cold late afternoon. I called Empire and the woman who answered set up the service personnel to be here within an hour. They showed me everything wrong and explained my options. Maurice came over to discuss my options for a new boiler. Maurice and crew could have a new boiler installed the next day. I had concerns about the pipes freezing and was reassured they wouldn't and was even loaned a space heater. I mentioned to Maurice I've been trying to get my chimney fixed for 4 months. He said he could get it rebuilt the following week. Lee and his crew showed up in a week and did what other companies couldn't, wouldn't or lied about doing in one day. Empire has that old fashioned customer service. They do what they say, when they say and do an excellent job. Everyone from the woman who answered the phone to Ron and his install crew to Lee and his chimney crew were professional, efficient and competent. I would recommend to anyone if you like upfront and honest about any service you need.

Back in December my water tank was spraying out hot water and needed to be replaced. I had to go one day without hot water, and they were here first thing in the morning to replace it and did an amazing job! Fast forward to June, my central air started to leak water and Ron and Maurice (Moe) dropped everything to come and help figure out what was going on. I am so appreciative of everything they have done to make these home repairs a little less painful.

Our AC unit went on Saturday 6/15. We placed a call Sunday. Received a call back by Monday, before 8am and Chris arrived within 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose quickly, although it was not the outcome we were hoping for, we were happy with the quick response. They even dropped off a window unit to help get us through the heat. They did our furnace a few years ago and it was also a great experience.

We had an AC emergency the evening before our Open House. We were able to use Empire's emergency line answering service and their technician Dominic called us first thing in the morning. The owner Maurice also called to make sure that everything was going well.

We were so impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and value that we later had Empire clean and inspect the whole HVAC system as part of our house sale process.

First rate service, everyone we met was competent and provided clear understandable advice. Highly recommended.
