Tim is best in the business. Very professional. Price is always fair. I have been using 5 star for several years and never had a bad experience.
I own a barbershlp and when the hot water tank stopped working he was there within the hour.
I just had a new furnace installed by Tim and he did a beautiful job, he worked efficiently, cleaned up and reasonably priced.

UPDATE
The Barbershop was cold this morning so the guys immediately called FIVE STAR.
Tim was there within 20 minutes. The furnace was working when he arrived.
We were lowering the thermostat too much at night and because of the extreme cold the furnace took longer to heat everything.
He cleaned the furnace and made sure everything was running like a charm when he left.
The price was unbelievably reasonable.

Tim and his family were wonderful! They were able to get me quoted and booked for a new furnace just in time for our family to move into our new house! He was respectful, clean, and took the time to explain to my husband and I how to take care of our furnace along with some other things he noticed in our home! I will forever recommend him based on his excellent pricing, amazing quality, and superior customer service!

I heard about Five Star from a neighbor.... last night our furnace stopped working, I called them at 7:30am this morning (never working with them before). Tim was here within 10 minutes to take a look and by 2pm this afternoon our furnace was back up and running. Tim was a joy to work with and is even handling our warranty for the part with a company he doesn't typically work with. He has gained a loyal customer today. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of assistance!

I had an issue with my furnace just yesterday. The people that I originally hired were a TOTAL DISASTER. I was given Tim Hasson's number. He sent his son Ryan to my house within a half an hour of my call. Ryan was professional and so courteous. He fixed my problem within 20 minutes!!! Thank you Tim and Ryan for such GREAT SERVICE!!! His son, nephew and helpers were very skilled and extremely respectful. Had full install of air conditioning and furnace. They use top equipment Rheem. Price for the job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend 5* energy solutions.

Great locally owned family business. Tim is very timely with communication and service calls. He's great at explaining the work that needs to be done and breaking down the cost of all the work. He explained what work is worth paying for, and what work is worth learning to do yourself - something I've never gotten from a contractor before. Very sensible pricing, easy to work with, won't leave you in the cold.

Tim and Ryan have been fantastic. Much more personable than the “big guys”. Very prompt and knowledgeable, they’ve always come out right away for my furnace/AC issues, and even replaced my hot water tank on very short notice. Extremely fair pricing too!! Definitely give these guys a call first! I HIGHLY recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.

I called Tim last night for my AC and he was here first thing in the morning. Took him maybe 20 minutes to fix it and get us back up and running. What I thought was going to be a very expensive very long process was very quick and very affordable. Highly recommend

Tim is the man and helped me and my family during an emergency no heat. His swift diagnosis, troubleshooting skills, knowledge and expertise well exceeded my expectations. He goes above and beyond and cares for his customers. He’s very good with communicating and explaining issues for someone who doesn’t regularly deal with furnaces. I feel like I’ve known Tim for years and we just met. That’s textbook customer service. He’s someone you should pick first for dodgeball. EDIT: Last night I had a part go out on my furnace and I contacted Tim. He immediately responded .He fortunately had the part in stock and let me stop by his shop and pick it up. It was late at night and again, this company CARES about their customers. Tim came to the rescue once again!

Absolutely great customer service for our emergency call on an extremely hot day! I can’t say enough about the quick turnaround but most impressed by the work this company provided. Problem was diagnosed quickly at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you again
