We had our annual mini-split heat pump maintenance (interior and exterior units) done by Keith Benedict. He confirmed ahead of time, was professional, courteous, thorough and neat. At the end he took the time to ask if he had any questions and answered those that we had. Very pleased with his service.

We are gold members with an old furnace. Jeff was helpful in identifying the problem, having a part searched for, ordered and installed quickly, efficiently and professionally. Would love to have Jeff be our "guy"! Gold care made the visit expedited, free and even the part was free

I had Joshua come out first. Very kind and informative. I then had Joseph come out lastly. He too was very kind and informative. Both helped me know the ins and outs of my poor Steam boiler. Thank you kindly.

James was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding our heating system. He did a wonderful job doing a maintenance cleaning on the unit. Being as how our system was a little older he did let us know that there were goverment incentives out there til the end of 2025 to replace your heating system. So we had him call and make an appointment for someone to come out who knew all about the information. Michael came out later that same evening and he gave us all the information regarding pricing and rebates that were available. Michael also was very friendly and a joy to work with. We then decided to go ahead and take advantage of the insensitives that were out there and will be getting a new furnace and hot water heater tank tomorrow.

Isaac helped turn a scary/bad situation into a positive experience.

I had Isaac out 3 days in a row to help identify gas leaks we were having and finally to assist us in recalibrating our sensors/alarms which were extra sensitive

They worked with me on the price and only charged me for the first visit.

Appreciate their services and customer service response and am thankful i can rest easy knowing gas isn't leaking into my home / kids rooms.

Isaac-Keith- came to my house today to do my yearly check on my furnace. He was very responsible and respectful. He found a gas leak we called RGE and they are coming to repair. I appreciate Keith's expertise and would support him coming to check my furnace and central air every time this is done 👍. Thank you

We have been an Isaac gold seal customer for approximately 30 years and have always had excellent service. Today we had our annual service on our furnace, a/c unit, whole house dehumidifier and condensate pump completed by Gabby G. She did a great job. She was friendly and courteous explaining what she would be doing. She conscientiously went about her work, leaving her work areas neat and clean. When done she told me everything looked great and she would email me her completed paperwork. I highly recommend Isaac and Gabby who is an excellent technician.

Issac's team came into our home and completed our basement and attic insulation in a timely manner. Nick checked work at the end and was able to schedule another quick appointment to finish areas that needed just a little more. Very professional and would recommend to anyone for improving the insulation

Thomas and Salvatore, were professional and efficient. They checked my heat pump and said that my issues were just normal operation issues. They also checked the battery in my thermostat which was fine. There was no charge for the appointment because I have a maintenance plan.

Great experience from start to finish. Ben the project manager spent two hours at the house walking us through all our options. On installation day, 4 Isaac vans showed up to begin working on all three installs at once. The crew was friendly, polite and knew their stuff. Communication and follow up for the project was prompt and easy. Definitely would recommend.

Very glad I have Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning as my HVAC Dealer. Recently had Yunis Ashkar perform a gold-star service and he found a defective heating coil in my water heater. Fortunately for me, I had my water heater covered under my warranty, and there was no cost for the part or the service. Sometimes you wonder if the warranties are worth it, but I found out they are. Yunis was a very committed representative who showed respect for my home, took a lot of time documenting my questions and explaining everything after the service. I believe he was a new employee but you would never know it. He was a complete professional. Thanks, Isaac. Glad you have my back!

Broken furnace part covered under manufacturer's warranty and labor to install it at no charge with Isaac's Gold Seal program. The two technicians worked for several hours due to complexity of the repair. They explained it to me in terms I could understand. Both men were professional, polite, pleasant. And my cost was $0. Happy Isaac customer!

We received top notch, professional service from Jay Vanderhoff a week ago. He is a very polite and extremely proficient technician who was patient with our questions, too! He completed the "Gas Boiler Precision Tune-Up and Safety Inspection" with great care and provided a genuinely helpful update regarding our boiler's status as well as other key input. Isaac had installed the boiler only a few years ago and it's the best operating one we have had over the decades. The bottom line is that this type of service builds trust. Highly recommend.

Joseph was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish and took the time to make sure our furnace was fixed properly. He also explained to us what the issue was and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Thanks to him we won’t freeze tonight!

Ismael is an excellent Technician. He has the knowledge to explain things so they can be understood. He is also thorough but patiently efficient. I look forward to him returning to complete the repairs on my furnace. If I can, I would like to request that he be the assigned tech who returns to complete the furnace repair. Thank you!!

The young man, I forgot his name, that came for my furnace maintenance was very cordial and respectfull of my home. He went right to work and when finished came upstairs and told me of his findings. Isaac should be proud of him and all their people who represent Isaac. Everyone i have delt with is terrific to the work with. Isaac takes care of my house in Victor. Contacted Isaac Heating Monday morning due to our current system needing to be replaced. A salesman was out in a couple of hours and the system was installed that afternoon. My wife and I were very happy with their attention to details, updating us on their progress, keeping everything neat and explaining everything when the job was completed.

Josh was professional, polite, friendly and personable. He explained the whole process and answered all our questions well. I could see he was experienced and knowledgeable with the job always considering the customer's concerns. The equipment used seemed professional and up to date. Happy with the results. Would rate a 10 out of 10. Josh is a credit to Issac Htg., keep him there, he is definitely an asset and could be in managment some day.

Mick performed a very professional thorough examination of our heating system in response to our complaint of a rattling sound. He was very personable and explained our system performance in easily understood language. He is a keeper!! Isaac is a great company - we have been with them for many years and would never go anywhere else.

First: they answer their phone! Great service techs, and phone dispatch help. My guest house was rented and the furnace decided not to shut off... Even at 90 degrees! They came out promptly, did troubleshooting, and replaced the thermostat on the wall. Thanks for being in business AND running it well!
