Very quick response, fixed the problem in minutes, performed a diagnostics of system to confirm no other issues existed. Performed maintenance on the system to ensure things work well moving forward.

Juan installed a new gas line for our new stove, then returned to reinspect everything after the stove arrived. Great bit of follow-up to be sure we were happy and safe!

Juan was great. Very professional, skilled and informative about all aspects of the heating and cooling aspects of our furnace and Goodman unit.

Solved a heating problem that three other bigtime firms over the course of 30 years have never solved. They even scoffed at the issue as if it wasn't doable, or it wasn't really a significant problem, or we were being too picky.

Juan did a boiler inspection and tune-up for me in August 2022 and I could not be happier with the level of service provided. From the first call I made to them when I was asking multiple companies for quotes, the person I talked to, Kelly, was a pleasure to talk to and was quick to tell me what all the 12-point inspection included, as well as pricing and availability (another company couldn't tell me what the 12 points were and another, Universal Heating, simply hung up on me). Kelly scheduled me very promptly for less than 24 hours from my call and an automated text system sent me a text indicating who would show up (Juan) and when. Juan was on-time, very professional in all interactions, and extremely thorough in his inspection and tune-up. He didn't upsell me or even charge labor for replacement of a couple small parts, which was unnecessary but appreciated. Juan was even happy to explain things when I asked him (many) questions about how the system works, and he told me about rebates that RG&E offers that were relevant to us. I will absolutely be calling JJB Mechanical again for any HVAC needs. Thank you!!!

My A/C was on the blink and I reached out for help. They responded immediately with advice about how to protect my system while waiting for their visit. They were at my house with in a couple hours of getting my call. Here’s the best part: they could have sold me a list of things and I wouldn’t have known any better. I really appreciate that integrity! They were quick, efficient, honest, and personable! I highly recommend!

Juan & Theo were wonderful. Explained issue and will let them know if we need to replace the control board. Both very knowledgeable. Both very polite and respectful.

We had a complicated HVAC wiring situation with our new home, so we wanted to get a professional to install our new thermostats. Juan did a great job figuring out all the quirks, giving us general advice, and installing everything. He was friendly and professional, and we'd definitely call him again!

Juan came to service tankless waters heater. He was a thorough professional! Took time to explain what he did and why ? Reasonably priced and courteous! I would recommend them to anyone seeking HVAc, heating maintenance
