The entire customer experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was very well trained and knowledgeable with their products and installation requirements. They didn't try to push us into buying a thankless system like other businesses in the area had done. Instead they helped us make a choice that best fit our family's needs and budget. They were courteous and friendly, making sure they left very minimal mess behind and communicated with me along the way. I'm very pleased and will definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing, heating & cooling needs.

We came home from vacation to our bathroom and kitchen sink clogged. American Plumbing saved the day. First we spoke with Mike late at night when we discovered the issue. He gave us great information quickly and efficiently! We decided it could wait until business hours, so Mike put us on the schedule for first thing the next day. Nick came out first thing in the morning and provided the service. He was very informative and got the job done very quickly! We could not be happier with the service!

Words cannot express my gratitude towards to Michael and Justin. I had blockage main drain. Backed up. Had another company start but they never could not fix it and really didn’t try very hard. These men didn’t stop till they resolved the problem. Very knowledgeable and explained every step. People don’t ever use another company. American has it all. Have you ever been that woman calling a company and feeling like you are in a used car dealership discussion? THAT IS NOT the case w/ American Plumbing. I haven't been this thrilled with a job in a very long time. Not only was Jack professional and "loves" German Shepherds......he was utterly amazing!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any sort. American Plumbing was professional, courteous, fair, and beyond knowledgeable. The technicians explained everything they were doing so that I would completely understand the process. They repiped 8 of my pedicure chairs so that they would drain far more quickly and effectively. They came up with a plan, gave me a great estimate, and executed the plan impeccably all the while being completely professional and kind. They cleaned up everything to the point I didn’t have to do anything after they left. Please call them. They are awesome. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks and they will always be the plumber of my choice in the future.

I had my furnace cleaned & my thermostat replaced. The customer service, quick availability & price was fair & worth the piece of mind. Aaron is a technician, his professional skills & knowledge exceeded my expectations. I would 100% use services again & recommend to my family & friends.

Jack Mcdermott was the best plumber I have ever had do work for me in my 75 years. He was polite and efficient. it usually takes a plumber 4-5 hours to unclog the drain. Jack took only two hours and did a much better job than anyone else. I highly recommend American Plumbing.

For sure a 5 star rating --- I will start by saying unfortunately I normally do not find time to write reviews of work that has been done over the years on my 1820s landmark home but felt compelled to write a review on American Plumbing-Heating and Cooling who did an extensive pluming pipe replacement in our home. I had contacted several companies prior to selecting American but due to no follow up by several companies or representatives sent looked like they had no idea how to approach the job. The job included replacing hot and cold water piping and a 4-inch cast iron drain pipes through 3 levels, and replacing sink and tub drains in a cemented second floor bathroom. Eric the project manager came to meet with me and immediately I knew they were the right ones since he knew exactly what to do and more the ever knew how they were going to do the major repairs. They were quick to get started to do the job and also quick on how to do major hidden changes that they ran in to. Although there was 4 of 5 different persons assigned to work on the job over a weeks period 2 every day individuals Manny and Zeus were the two employees who had the job responsibility. They worked together well every minute of the day and had me as the customer in mind. They looked for the right way to do every step of the project to minimize the later restoration of the rooms, ceiling and walls. In summary they did their job like it was going to be showcased in some television program--- in summary I am one happy customer on the detail that was given to my plumbing repairs

The company is great. Was able to come out same day. Jack was informative and quick to let me know my issues and what needed to be done. I would definitely call them again for any of my plumbing problems

We discovered a water line leak in our front lawn. We called and they came out to do the work the next day. The job ended up being more challenging than we thought. They worked hard and put in a long day to get the work done. They were professional and did great work. Would highly recommend and would use them again!

Aaron did a great job!!! He was at my house within an hour of my call for service. Replaced the gas valve ($680) on my furnace and had heat back with in an hour. Very professional and courteous.

A little expensive but having it done so quickly and running again it was worth it.

Dean was excellent. He explained what he was going to do and costs before beginning his work, no surprises. It was to me a major job to open up the drains to the sewer in the basement, took extra time. Dean was respectful to customer and using booties in the house. The company was able to get him here earlier then planned and that was gratefully appreciated. Thanks American Plumbing and especially Dean!

Drain line from sump pump to town storm water system was clogged and broken. Justin estimated the job and, with the assistance of Bryan on the Bobcat and Ricky Martinez doing the inside work that was required, the team completed the repair quickly and completely. They did everything that was required to correct the issue, installed a new drain line to replace the broken section, rerouted the existing line from the sump pump to the new inlet and completely cleaned up the job site. I couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism and competence. Outstanding service, friendly personnel, they kept me informed every step of the way through this entire project. While Ricky was working inside, he spotted a problem in the drain from the kitchen sink to the waste water system, proposed a solution, estimated the project at a price I consider fair and reasonable. He followed up the next day, installing an improved line that was bigger than the original. This was a separate project and the estimate for the job was exactly what was charged. I even got a veterans discount for both projects! I highly recommend American Plumbing and HVAC for the service they provide, the quality of the products they use, and the highly skilled and friendly staff. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Our hot water tank failed overnight. I called a friend and asked him who I should call, and he told me to call American plumbing, so I immediately called them. The service crew actually showed up ahead of schedule. They were extremely polite and professional. They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one right away. Their work is very professional and the attention to quality is second to none. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks. They have all of my business moving forward.

Zeus was very nice and answered all of my questions without hesitation! He was in and out in no time, and super knowledgeable about our issue. Highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

If this place you're referring to is my address, the service was great. The service (Cisco)man was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was very easy to talk to as well as honest. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and told me about other options should my pipeline be cracked. I have an appointment with one of your other service guys, he'll fill me in on my other options. Thanks

Rich and Zeus were prompt and professional. They performed the necessary maintenance on my tankless water system and got my hot water restored! Great team, explained every step and made me very comfortable about what and how they worked.

ZEUS was very professional and thorough on the job. He discussed the problem and told us what he was going to do to fix it. He worked diligently and accomplished the task. Thus was the only company that was able to get someone there and we were very appreciative fir that. Zeus knows his stuff and did an excellent job.
