I was given Leone Plumbing & Heating contact information by my contractor and they responded the next day. They removed two clogs from my main line and basement bathroom. Removed and replaced a section of pipe from my bathtub. Everything works properly and I highly recommend them. Jamison and Adam were professional, I look forward to using them in the future when I make updates to my bathroom.

If you are looking for an honest, ethical, and reliable plumbing and heating service this is the company for you. I have dealt with Carlos and Andy quite a few times on large projects through out my hotel. They always treat myself and my guests with the up-most respect and really accomplish great work. I had Leone plumbing come fix a leak at my restaurant and the plumber Jameson was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. I write very few reviews however, I feel as though this one needed to be reviewed. 7am on a Friday and we wake up to a leak with our tankless water heater, literally calling around leaving messages. Andy returned my call almost immediately. We talked through the logistics and he gave me a price and said he could do it same day. (no one else even had one available to do same day!) It wasn't cheap but it was necessary. As promised the boys showed up in the p.m. swapped it out and were gone by dinner time. I never, ever would have known he was handling all of this while on the road bringing his kid home from college. Honestly one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. You rock Andy!!!! Thank you so very much!!

Leone plumbing was very responsive when I called for a blocked drain. Andy assessed the situation by phone after hours and determined it wasn’t an emergency needing to be seen after hours incurring higher fees. When they weren’t initially able to clear the blockage and the problem persisted after having the septic tank pumped, Terry came back to the house the following day and cleared the blockage at no additional charge. They were polite and helpful making notes of where the septic tanks were for their records in case ever needing to return. I was impressed with the Leone plumbing staff and their commitment to seeing the job through to completion. I would recommend Leone plumbing and will hire them for any future needs.

So glad I found Leone. Jamison came out and had a look. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I've never seen a more beautiful faucet. :) And I don't miss the fact that whenever I watered my yard I also watered the basement with the old leaking faucet.

I had to install unions to my pool filter so I could change out the sand. Leone Plumbing came out fast because the pool was open and could have been a mess. Mr. Leon and his team are truly professional and provided an excellent service to install a new power vent water heater system for me. Toilet was not flushing as normal and water was pooling in the shower. Called Leone plumbing, and they got someone out here within an hour. Matt was very courteous and professional and troubleshot the issue quickly. He was able to clear the clog in the plumbing and got my system working normally again. Andy and his team have completed several jobs for me over the past several years. Most recently in the fall they replaced an outside faucet and a few weeks ago replaced my 20 year old kitchen faucet. Andy always gets back to me quickly, keeps me informed about the availability of his plumbers and is fair and accurate in his estimates and costs. Leone plumbing and heating is great! They have helped us with a variety of plumbing issues in our home, most recently renovating our shower. What I really appreciated the most is that they don't try to convince you that you need all the extra bells and whistles.They will tell you what needs to be done and fix it for a fair price. On Wed 12-13-17 we had a new faucet, soap dispenser, garbage disposal and filtered water system installed in our kitchen. Terry was sent to our home to do the work. He was very professional, efficent and knowledge. He answered all my questions. He also made sure everything worked properly before he left. I could not be more pleased with Leone Plumbing. My appointment was conveniently scheduled and Matt arrived on time and was very skilled in solving my problem. I would not hesitate to call Leone Plumbing again.

We have a well water system. The pump was running too much. When called, Andy Leone took the time to ask the right questions and requested photos of the system so the right parts would be available on the first call.

The well needed to be brought up to modern code. Andy and his team were on site a full work day and did a very professional job.

And it was done at the low end of the pre-work quote. After the job was done and paid for, Andy personally did some more personal request finish work. Thank you.

I called Andy after I bought a new house and was unable to start the hot water tank. Andy sent someone out right away, which was much appreciated. I had to call him back a couple of days later because although the hot water was working in the sinks, the shower was only lukewarm. Again Andy promptly sent someone out to solve that problem, and they fixed the reversed hot and cold faucet on my kitchen sink at the same time. The first few days of owning a new house are stressful, and having someone quickly responding to our plumbing issues definitely took some of the stress away. I recommend him if you want a smooth and professional experience. I will be calling him again!

Andy and his crew fixed our master baths plumbing issues from a previous owners diy project gone wrong. Then his guys upgraded it and made it beautiful. His crew was courteous, kept us up to date on the progress and cleaned up every night since we were living in our home throughout the renovation. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing renovations.

Never used them before and had a great experience replacing a water heater. Old unit started leaking, so I called a few places late in the evening, got one service that answered right away but wasn't sure if they could get someone in the next two days (to be fair the were going to try and would have let me know). Andy got back to me before 8AM the next day and said he could get someone out to me within the hour. His price was good enough - not the lowest but certainly not the highest - that I didn't mind upgrading from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank (big family, lots of showers and laundry). Jamison arrived on time, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, and was very conscientious. My vent pipe didn't meet code anymore - had to go from 3" to 4" - so he walked me through what was needed to replace it and made sure I was comfortable. It was very important to him that I knew the what and why behind the work. He busted hump to get everything done quickly and even with the added work I had a working water heater shortly after lunch. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The way a business should run. Andy worked effortlessly to help me meet my objectives for installation of water heater and sump pump. He put my worries to rest.
