Jeff and his crew replaced my collapsed sewer line today and they were so efficient, professional, and reasonable. I am so glad that I chose them and will recommend and use them.in the future.

Had an HVAC issue with central air not blowing out cold air. The service was awesome. Did not give up until the solution was fixed. Very nice technician. Would rely on their service in the future.

Jeff and his assistant showed up at precisely the time they’d promised and got to work right away. I had a plugged drain line under my basement floor, and they made short work of clearing it. Friendly, professional, and reasonably-priced. I hope I never have a blockage this bad again, but if I do, these are the guys I’ll call. Excellent.

Called when my water heater failed. They were able to come and replace it the next day. They were great. Would definitely call them again.

I bought a house two weeks ago and on Sunday July 3rd, my sewer backed up into my basement. Tim came out, diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix and explained to my dad and I the next steps we needed to take. He was extremely professional, helpful and did it all with a smile on his face. He saved the holiday weekend for us. Thank you!

I phoned them around 9ish this morning, within an hour they were here, checked out the problem in my basement, which had several inches of water on the floor. They got to work & was done in about an hour & started the clean up process for me. The price was Very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing service & highly recommend them. FYI if you are using cleansing wipes in your bathroom be mindful that they may clog your drain pipes. Thank you Star Rooter⭐️

Jeff and his crew, Erik and Javier did 2 jobs for us. The first was to replace our bathtub, shower and shower enclosure, and the second was to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. We did have a problem with the shower faucet, which took 3 times before we were satisfied. But they returned and didn't stop until we were happy. Throughout all of the installations, Jeff and his workers did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. And when they were finished, everything was cleaned up better than when they started. I would highly recommend using Star Rooter for any plumbing project.

We called on a Sunday for a main drain backup. We couldn't use any sink, tub, or flush without risk of a mess. First leaving a message at the office desiring emergency service and a VERY short time later we received a return call from Jeff. We reiterated we needed emergency service and he said he would send someone out our way as soon as he could. The man sent was knowledgeable, courteous, quick and knew what he was doing. Despite being very busy they made time to get us back up and flushing! Thank you Jeff and the Star Rooter Team!

Amazing work from Star Rooter. They installed a new toilet and fixed a leak I had quickly. Very reliable and the two guys that came were great to work with. Highly recommended.

After my mom had called another company and all they did was run a snake in the outside drain and nothing inside the house but trying to use a plunger on her clogged toilet they charged her 400.00 and didn't fix the problem. I called star rooter (suggested by my boss)and within 2 hrs he arrived and it took him about a half hour to diagnosis and fix the problem. He was very nice and professional and I highly recommend this company

I had a break in my water line and the team that came out to fix it was great! They did quick clean work and answered all the questions I had. Setting things up with Jeff was also a breeze! Highly recommend!

We had an emergency issue at our apartment and had to have a plumber call late at night. I don’t recall who it was that came, but they were so friendly and patient with us and our pup. When he came the next day to finish the job everything went smoothly, he was very quick, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience.3 times over course of 3 weeks.I have tried to rectify things with these people.Appointments are not kept and never an explanation as to why not.Job done wrong 2 different times resulting in system failure twice.And when I along with property manager called for 3rd time they could not be found.Not in office or on business owners cell.Phone never answered and messages never returned even when it was explained to them that people were freezing and that this was not a new job but a follow up on mess they created.This guy didn't even know enough to use the right parts.Incompetence is one thing but hiding by failing to communicate is gutless.I had no choice but to pay another company who actually knew what they were doing to resolve my problem essentially paying twice for same job.Now if they didn't know how to repair a boiler all they had to do was say so as opposed to stealing my money and then hiding.
