I LOVE YOU ZOOM DRAIN!!! Especially you Paul! I can’t begin to thank you enough for the plumbing help. This was a huge job involving an old city home. This was a challenge and you handled it like a champ! You were able to quickly troubleshoot the problem, explain what was happening in a way I could understand, and you came back a few times to make sure the restoration job was getting done right to prevent it from happening again. We called after-hours and were really impressed with the timely response. The work quoted was delivered professionally and at the agreed upon price. Technician was best in class and explained all items clearly. These people should be able to run competitors out of business. They showed up prepared and equipped for all contingencies, which is more than I can say for other people in the past. Our weekend was saved by the whole team that worked together to help. 4 hours from initial call to complete resolution of a complicated issue. Well worth the money. When was the last time you heard that?

Overall, my experience with Zoom drain was a positive one from start to finish. Scheduling the initial appointment was extremely easy to do online with a follow up phone call to confirm and answer questions. They also called me the day of my appointment because they had an opening to see if I wanted them to come earlier which was appreciated.
The technician who came to my house, Dominick, arrived exactly on time and was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of what they would be doing from the video inspection to the drain clearing options. He was very upfront with my options/pricing and explained everything thoroughly so I could make the right decision for my home without feeling any pressure. The job was done quickly and efficiently and with no mess at all left behind. I would recommend Zoom Drain and use them again in the future.

Joshua was unable to complete the flushing of water drain system due to unforseen circumstances beyond his control. Joshua was very patient explaining the problem to me and very thorough in his written report as to what he did, the problem he ran into a d his recommendation on how to correct the problem. Zoom Drain is lucky to have Joshua on their staff.

Matt & Josh did an excellent job lining my sewer pipe that had numerous cracks. They were professional, worked at a amazing pace, neat and kept me informed of process and progress. They completed job in one day enabling me to bring my wife back home early that was a big issue. Thanks again.

Zoom drain has always done an excellent job and they are quick to respond when I have needed their services.

Josh the Zoom technician came out today and was professional and friendly. He diagnosed my gutter drains and detected roots in the pipes. He determined what the least evasive approach was to unclogging from the house to the street for optimal drainage. Everything was explained very clearly.

Matthew and Sean were great! We had a plumbing issue and they were able to come first thing the following morning. They explained what the problem was and kept us in the loop throughout the whole repair. Very friendly - will definitely be using them again.

Great experience with zoom drain! They helped me out tremendously cleaning out storm drains on my property. They went above and beyond to get the job done when they found out there was a clog in the pipe going to the street!
