We had a house filter installed. Sean came and he was very professional and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands with someone who knew what to do. He was very clean and worked efficiently. Definitely recommend.

We scheduled an appointment for a cracked water hose line. Customer service was great with scheduling the earliest appt. Ali (our plumber) called us the morning of and informed of his eta.

Performed the job (removal of broken pipe and replaced with new) with high level of expertise and walked us through the work. Completed it in a timely manner. We are very happy with the plumber and the company! Highly recommend for any plumbing repair.

When my old plumber never called back, I decided to look for a new one. Pride Plumbing came up as highly rated with great reviews. I called and easily got a tech visit scheduled. I had an unusually high water bill & thought that there may be leaks that could have caused it. Steven M. was the service technician assigned. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable & went through the estimate/work to be performed & the products to be installed in detail. And best of all, I appreciated very much that he wore disposable booties so as not to bring dirt from his shoes to my house - not many service companies think of small details that can mean a lot. After thorough checking, no leaks determined but I decided to have an old toilet & a shower head replaced. Work was scheduled in a couple of days & I'm fully satisfied with the work performed & the clean up afterwards. From my first call to Pride up to the completion of the work, I'm totally impressed at how everything was done so professionally. You get 5 stars and my vote, Pride Plumbing and my thanks to Steven M. for a job well done!!!

I am pleased to report that the work done by my Pride plumber, Ali Siddiqui, was excellent.
Ali was skilled, knowledgeable, neat and relational, able to describe what needs to be done and able to make the repair in a timely and respectful manner.
Ali is a valuable member of Pride Services and I would not hesitate to his services again if needed.

Sean was wonderful. He completed the work thoroughly and double checked his work before leaving. Pride Services was able to dispatch Sean the same day I called when my heating stopped working. Highly recommend Pride Services.

I used Pride Plumbing for a rather large job, and I am very satisfied with their service
They replaced all the cast iron sewer lines and the steam boiler return line in my 87 year old basement.
Their technicians, Sean, Steven and Job were great, they were on time and did quality work.
There was one small issue (which was really related to the fact that I have an 87 year old steam system) the owner Dan came back and promptly took care of. (Thanks Dan!)
I would not hesitate to recommend Pride and would use them again.

Had a cracked 20+ year kitchen sink connector..replaced the pipe & fittings and two strainers. Great service (from Ali); neat, clean, efficient, friendly and professional. The cost was slightly higher than expected, but solid quality.

Within 1 hour of my phone call, Sean was at my door to replace my leaking hot water heater. Very professional, quick and neat. I had hot water again and a clean basement in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Pride Services for your plumbing needs.

Happy to write this review. Pride arrived on time as planned with 3 amazing professionals. I had a new boiler installed. They made sure to put tarp down to keep the whole area clean. They tested and retested everything more than once and removed the old boiler before they left. All the paperwork was specific and detailed to their work . I would definitely use pride again. Not to forget Tara in their office who is courteous and professional and made all communication with Pride a pleasure.

They came out in the evening to help me in an emergency hot water heater issue to get things started and were back in the morning and in just a few hours had the new heater up and running. Exquisite service!! Thanks guys

Ali and the team replaced my boiler with a new combi boiler and had everything done in just one day. Great service, professional crew, and I’m very happy with the results. Definitely recommend and will use again

Pride was super easy to work with. They sent a technician out the same day to take a look at my job and it was done within 24 hours. The company is as professional to work with as anyone I have ever dealt with. Ali was super awesome. He worked fast and clean and did the job right. He explained everything to me in real time and asked questions to make sure that everything got done the way I wanted it to.

Great service! Showed up on time diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my boiler. Ali the plumber changed out my circulator pump for my heating zone. Thank you for the service and definitely recommend to others

As always, Pride Services was wonderful. I had a gas leak. I called and Sean was at my house within an hour or so. I had to have the gas pipes completely replaced and Sean was back the next day with a couple of other guys. They were all very nice, quick and clean. They left my basement exactly as they found it. Tara and Dan were very helpful in getting the Town to my house to inspect the work so I could have my gas turned back on. They sent me the paperwork and then sent it right back to the Town to be filed. Dan came to meet with the inspector and the new pipes passed inspection. I definitely recommend using Pride Services. I've never had a negative experience with them.

Sean did excellent work running and hooking up gas line and water/faucet/sink for my outdoor kitchen. Super clean too! Highly recommended!!!

My first experience with Pride Plumbing started with Tara at the office to Steven the plumber. Both Tara and Steven understood my request which was simple. I was told the mechanic would call between 9-12 and called at 9:10am. Work was completed in an hour, tested and working fine. The craftsmanship of the work was worth the expense although a bit of sticker shock with estimate. However the end product was worth it. And Steven provided me with options regarding the repair

We scheduled Pride Services to do the annual boiler/hot water maintenance. The technician named Ali was a very professional, respectful young man who did a thorough job, answered all of our questions and did not leave a mess. “Our guy” will be Ali from now on.

I’ve been using pride services for more than 10 years now and I always feel comfortable when the job is done. Their customer service is great and always friendly and welcoming. Their workers are always courteous and great with the million questions I have for them. They’re professional and the work is picturesque when complete. Today they installed a whole house water filter and fixed a few leaks with my boiler. I can’t say enough about the quality and consistency of the work over the years.
