I recently had an old air conditioning system replaced, which was a 30-year-old unit. The installation required working in a cramped attic-like space. From the moment the team from First Choice arrived and set up protective covers to safeguard floors and furniture, everything ran smoothly. Over three days, they worked efficiently and explained how the new thermostat would work. Throughout the process, I found Eddie and his team to be professional, friendly, and courteous.

Unbelievable lack of communication from this company. I called to schedule a service appointment yesterday, was assured someone would arrive today, completed all necessary paperwork - but not a single person showed up. To make matters worse, they didn't even have the decency to contact me with an explanation or apology.

A technician visited my home about eight days ago, but I've heard nothing since then. Despite multiple calls, the only response I get is to leave a message - yet when I do, no one returns. It's frustratingly consistent. I even tried visiting their offices in Rosedale and Jamaica, but they were both unattended. The Jamaica office was locked with a padlock, and the alternative phone number starting with 888 isn't working. Given my experience, I'd advise others to steer clear of this company altogether.

AVOID this company at all costs. They're not a real operational business - just a waste of time. I spent 8 days trying to get in touch with them, but no one ever responded. I left numerous messages for Claudia, but she was never available. If you value your time, save yourself the hassle and check out other places. A simple visit to their address can also give you an idea of whether they're legitimate or not.
