I've been working with Hallmark Heating & AC for over five years now on both a Commercial and Residential level.
Commercially, Hallmark has been servicing the buildings HVAC system where I work. Having an older building with 23 outdated heat pump, units tend to break down quite often especially during the extreme heat and cold. Hallmark has been able to keep up with all of the repairs and preventative maintenance needs. I've also been working with Hallmark to update our system and replace the older units with new high efficiency units. Hallmark has helped re-engineer and tweak our HVAC system to not only keep up with our growing demands but also save us money.
On a residential level, Hallmark has been servicing the furnace and central air systems at both my house and rental proprieties. They have always returned my calls and have never “no call no show” like many contractors tend to do. I've never had an unpleasant experience and without hesitation recommend them to my friends and family.

Neil was quick to respond to my call, and had the heat back up and running quickly for a reasonable cost. Recommend Hallmark as your first and only call for HVAC service.

Neil is a great HVAC mechanic. He has helped me in two different properties and was never not able to solve whatever the problem was. He is extremely reasonable and very professional.

Neil does great work. He has fixed my furnace, installed gas hook ups for my dryer and installed my central a/c. I absolutely recommend him and his service 100%.

I have two experiences with Hallmark Heating and AC and i could not speak more highly of them. Two years ago my AC went out during a heat wave when I had a 1 month old infant at home. He showed up immediately and fixed our circuit board and then charged us only parts because it was an expensive part and he we had a newborn to keep comfortable! Fast forward to today, I found my basement flooding and messaged him. He wasn't able to get out until Monday but recognized that it was a simple fix. Rather then making me wait, he talked me through fixing the drain hose at no cost and got us running today! Honestly the best service around with out a single doubt in my mind! Compassion and Integrity Air conditioning should be their name!

If you want a honest, reasonably priced and responsive HVAC technician, call Neil at Hallmark Heating and AC. Hallmark's pricing was much lower than the other two quotes I received for a heat pump install.

I've used Hallmark HVAC twice this summer for dehumidifier repair and for AC system maintenance & repair. I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of their service. Hallmark HVAC returned my calls quickly, discussed my repair options, established a cost estimate, and scheduled my service. The service was punctual and they took the time to answer my questions. My dehumidifier and AC system are operating perfectly now and Hallmark HVAC was on budget for the dehumidifier repair and underbudget for the AC system repair & maintenance. I rarely write reviews but I'm so impressed with this HVAC company that I felt compelled to write a review.

Aside from being, personal, professional, punctual and informative, Neil Hall is one of the most honest people in the business. As a Realtor I can’t refer him to my clients enough. He’ll fix the problem right the first time and only sell you what you need. He makes ME look good.

I have worked with Hallmark for over 2 decades now. When you place a call to Neil, you will always get a call back phone call that day. Usually within minutes. Pricing is very competitive and quality of work very good.

The owner Niel came out quickly to diagnose my air conditioner problem and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. After exploring all my options I decided to have have it replaced and Niel did it quickly and at a fair price. The new unit looks amazing, Niel is a true master of his trade and conducts his business with honesty and integrity which are two words you don't hear much anymore. I couldn't recommend Hallmark enough for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Hallmark, specifically Neil, is absolutely the best team in the area. They are super responsive. It was 97 degrees and our air went out and Neil came immediately, fixed our unit and provided an education to us on using our system effectively! We will NEVER use anyone else but Neil and the Hallmark team.

Here we are on Christmas Eve and here came Neil Hall of Hallmark Heating and Air. Neil was amazingly responsive and came straight away. Our boiler is working again, and we now have heat in the house again! Thanks so much for the quick repair and the friendly service!

Neil was absolutely amazing! My heat was not working and it was supposed to drop to 2° that night. Even though I am sure he was busy, he was at my house within an hour to fix it! He had all the necessary parts and explained everything as he went! He couldn’t have been any nicer. I highly recommend using Neil, you will not be disappointed!!!
