Repaired our tankless water heater. Mike was great. Very nice and very professional. Only critique would be an itemized estimate would be helpful.

Jacob hiked through 3-4 feet of snow to get to the dwelling. Fixed perfectly then hiked back up. Above and beyond expectations. Nice work kid.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, personable, helpful and competent. My issue was repaired promptly with minimal cost and parts.

This was a scheduled furnace maintenance call. They even came on time in a snow storm! The maintenance man explained every thing he was doing,what parts needed to be replaced and what to watch out for in the future. He was professional and did a good job. 👍

Mike did an excellent job- as usual. According to an other furnace repair company, a long list was needed to be done.....turns out most of them weren't necessary!. That was really great news! Haven't received bill yet, but since several things didn't need to be replaced I'm sure it's less than other service.

Mike was friendly and went beyond the service call we asked for. He originally was scheduled for maintenance if our water treatment equipment and tankless water heater. However he noted a leak in the condensation thing on the water heater and a leak in an overhead copper pipe. He had everything on his truck to repair both, saving us from another service call later. So thankful for his work here.

Jacob, did a great job. Very personable! He diagnosed the issue quickly and had our boiler repaired in under an hour.

The tech who came to our house was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked over the boiler in question and answered all my questions. He was also on-time. Will definitely use Reding again!

My igniter switch went out on my boiler that left us without hot water and heat but Reding had someone out within a few hours of calling them. Jacob H was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He was in and out in no time, and my heat and hot water were up and running. Thank you Reding for your great service today.

Broken water main...He was able to get it repaired with creative professionalism. Now we can wait until spring to replace the entire main when temps are better and it's easier on the crew. Job well done TWO THUMBS UP 😎

The service man came to clean my furnace and put a new filter in. He did a fabulous job and explained my warrenty plan that I had with Heineman. The cost was the same and I am thoroughly happy.

Reding was quite responsive to my water issue and they came out within the hour. Ryan quickly got to work and identified and corrected the problem. Stayed long enough to verify that it had been fully resolved and my well was refilling.
